It was a nightmare. Doris was a gem but Tom? Well, nope. Grout never hardened and while Tom was willing to work with me, the "fix" was to apply more grout over the top of failing grout. Tom did not know what rectified tile was and he was supposed to do research (which I ended up doing myself) and he never called back when he said he would? He doesn't know much about the products he sells obviously! I lost faith in the company when I had to call the grout manufacturer myself to inquire if there was a recall on the grout and call tile companies to ask about proper installation of transition etc. (after the second application of grout). Come to find out the grout was installed WRONG and the fix was WRONG. I was told the grout had to be taken up and redone. On a side note, Ivan, installed the tile with some other guy, then Ivan's little brother laid the grout with a different guy and another guy put in the transition and applied more grout over the top of the grout that was failing. As it was the week before Christmas they just wanted to bang it out and did not care about workmanship obviously! I never said the job had to be done before Christmas but they worked me in. The installer, not Ivan who put in the tile, but another guy....put in the transition strip after the tile went down and it was supposed to be installed before the tile went down and he ended up ramming it in between the tile and the subfloor. Unfortunately, I enlisted the BBB for help (they didn't help at all) and Western ended up walking away and I was stuck having to pay to fix their shoddy job. I ended up not paying the last $500.00 for the job, but who in their right mind would pay for a job that was not done correctly?!?!?!? And the fix was over $500.00...thank you!

I am very happy with my experience with Western Interiors. The workers are very professional. The company backs up their service. The pricing was pretty competitive. I will definitely use them again.
