Wonderman Services did an excellent job on both projects and the final outcome looks terrific. Raoul (owner) and his helper are skilled and careful craftsmen, were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly after each visit. Both projects were done on time and on budget. We would definitely recommend Raoul.

Raoul and his trusty coworker handled all my requests in a professional and timely manor. He worked with my schedule to fit in all that we needed to accomplish by certain dates. He first walked through and looked at all my problem areas and discussed with me the best solutions. He is very customer oriented and wanted to make sure we each knew exactly what was going to happen. I felt very comfortable talking to him and if I didn't like something (like nails showing on a deck repair), he would immediately redo it without any qualms. I knew he was "a keeper" because his first task was cleaning out smelly cat doo-doo from the crawl space. I figured if he survived that and came back for the rest, he lived up to his title as an all-around-handyman. We will call on him for any jobs first to see if he can fix it. If he can't, he will tell me who I need to hire. But so far, he's handled it all.

Raoul Moncayo, the owner, is well groomed, personable and articulate. He arrived on time with a helper and the two did a great job of addressing each task as well as cleaning up after themselves, except for sander dust which required vacuuming after their departure. They were equipped with all usual tools of their trade housed in a large, shiny pickup with name and location of the business on the side. The firm is licensed, bonded and insured. Plumbing included installing a new faucet fixture I had on hand in a utility tub and a failed attempt to install a valve cylinder I had on hand in a Moen single-handled lavatory faucet. Judging by my past experience, the installation normally requires 10-15 minutes if the cylinder doesn t stick which may then call for heroic measures. It stuck and Raoul offered to drop his billing for the labor. I agreed the next morning when the faucet appeared to be operating properly with the old valve cylinder still in it after sitting unused overnight. The original utility tub faucet proved difficult to remove and I cheerfully paid for an extra hour of labor as I am no longer able at my age to do such work for myself and recall how frustrating and time consuming it can be. I asked Raoul to prepare a final invoice for me to my specifications, which differed from his usual procedures. He did so to my complete satisfaction. He offers free estimates and asks all clients to read and sign a three page contract. He asked for $250 in advance at the end of the first day for which I gave him a check. He is accessible by computer and telephone. And he will accept a credit card for payment. My final payment was by check. I gave him several change orders during the course the work. The largest of these was repainting a bathroom and three water damaged window sills in adjoining bedrooms. If you are considering a handyman, I would strongly recommend that you think carefully about what you want done in advance so as to avoid change orders if possible. Plumbing is an area where one s best laid plans can go awry, especially in a house built in 1966. The unexpected can and will occur. Be prepared to pay for surprises. In summary, I paid $800+, a fair price for work done well and on schedule.

I/we were extremely pleased with the results. As noted above, I had worked with Wonderman Handyman Services before. I was very comfortable having Raoul take care of this emergency, as I knew the level of quality and responsiveness I would receive.

The jobs both went extremely well. I met with Raoul and discussed the job, then got an estimate and an agreed to time to perform the work. The work was done for the agreed upon estimate right on schedule. No problems at all. Raoul was easily accessible either through his cell phone or the internet (e-mail). Most of our correspondence (estimates, invoicing, etc.) was handled by e-mail which was very convenient given my work schedule. I subsequently, employed Wonderman Handyman Services for two subsequent jobs and separate reports are provided on them. I received the same type of high quality and responsive service on them as well.

Raoul spent most of the day out here and did a great job. The job ended up being larger than we first thought, but he was able to get it all done anyways. He is very easy going and is fun to have around.

The work was well done. Raoul offered a custom solution that saved us the trouble and money of having to shave off the bottom of the doors. Dealing with this company is great, and he really cares about doing a good job.

Raoul was excellent. He always arrived on time, worked long, hard hours, and left the area in immaculate condition. His appearance was always tidy, and very professional, and his demeanor was very courteous. I will definitely call him for future jobs.

Perfect. Raoul arrived when he said he would, and did the job for the agreed-upon price. The work site was left very tidy.

I called several handyman companies. He was the only one that responded quickly.The others I waited from 12hrs to 3 days to hear back from. He came the next day looked at projects, prepared and e-mailed a estimate to me within a day. He then scheduled the work and completed very quickly. I was getting ready to leave town for a lengthy period and I believe he worked hard to get me into his schedule. He was prompt, very professional. I liked very much that he was not so "big company" that I had to talk to a voice prompt. Leave a message or talk to a secretary.

The handyman showed up on time and in uniform for the estimate. He emailed the estimate and I ordered the work. He showed up on time in uniform and completed the job over a three or four day period as needed for drying time. Cleaned up everyday. High quality workmanship.

Call and made an appointment for an estimate. Raul was prompt and courteous. Set up appointment for return to do the repairs. Raul was professional, worked quickly and even did a few repairs at no cost. When repainting our bathroom, he also removed the toilet and sink, check for any dryrot and replaced a sealing ring on the toilet. He had to return a few times to make sure sink and toilet were not leaking and to put the faux paint on after the first coat dried. I did not have to wait he always came back the next day. The price was higher than the originally estimate as I was so impressed I kept adding more work.

Ok, this is your handy man. This guy is professional, polite, helpful, patient, nice, reliable, punctual, you name it he is it. He is really great. Look no further if you are not handy and feel overwhelmed by household projects.

He is a very professional guy. He said he'd be here at 8:00 and he was here a few minutes before. He works out in the yard, does decks, or anything you need him to do. He is doing it by hand with a brush because he said the power-washer could split the wood. He is careful with my plants. He is very professionally dressed and his truck is immaculate. I am thrilled to have him.
