JUNE 4, 2008 WE STOPPED BY FOR THE ESTIMATE. JUNE 5, 2008 9:05 PM WE SENT YOU THE ESTIMATE. JUNE 12, 2008 (THURSDAY A WEEK LATER) YOU ASKED US QUESTIONS THAT ARE MOSTLY ANSWERED IN THE ESTIMATE. JUNE 16, 2008 (THE FOLLOWING MONDAY) WE ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. JUNE 27, 2008 (TWO WEEKS LATER) YOU ASKED US TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. JULY 1, 2008 (THREE BUSINESS DAYS LATER) WE SEND YOU A NOTE INDICATING OUR SECRETARY WOULD SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. JULY 2, 2008 SINCE WE HAD NO RECORD OF YOUR PHONE NUMBER WE ASKED FOR IT VIA EMAIL. AFTER RECEIVING YOUR PHONE NUMBER WE LEFT TWO MESSAGES TRYING TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. JULY 7, 2008 AFTER LEAVING TWO MESSAGES AND NO RESPONSE TO OUR ATTEMPTS TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT WE SENT YOU AN EMAIL ASKING IF YOU WERE STILL INTERESTED. YOU RESPONDED THE SAME DAY. JULY 9, 2008 WE SENT YOU A MESSAGE SCHEDULING WORK FOR 7/16/2008. JULY 11, 2008 WE SENT THE CONTRACT VIA EMAIL. JULY 14, 2008 YOU ASKED MORE QUESTIONS. THE SAME DAY WE REPLIED. JULY 16, 17 2008 WE SHOWED UP ½ HOUR EARLY AND AFTER KNOCKING THREE TIMES LOUDLY AND RINGING THE DOOR BELL TWICE NO ONE APPEARED TO BE HOME SO WE LEFT A NOTE. AT 8:00 AM YOU CALLED US BACK AND TOLD US YOU DID NOT HEAR OUR KNOCKING AND RINGING OF THE DOOR BELL SO WE RETURNED WITHOUT CHARGING A FEE AND PERFORMED THE WORK. WE THEN SENT YOU AN INVOICE VIA EMAIL WHICH WAS PAYABLE UPON COMPLETION OF WORK (7/17/2008). AUGUST 12, 2008 AFTER LEAVING TWO MESSAGES, HAVING SENT AN INVOICE, AND STILL NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE, WE SENT ANOTHER MESSAGE ASKING FOR FINAL PAYMENT. OVER A MONTH AND TWO WEEKS AFTER COMPLETION OF WORK (THE FINAL WEEK IN AUGUST) WE FINALLY RECEIVED OUR FINAL PAYMENT. WE DO STRIVE TO COMMUNICATE AS EFFICIENTLY AS POSSIBLE VIA EMAIL AND ASK THAT OUR CUSTOMERS RESPOND BACK QUICKLY TO HELP US ACHIEVE THIS GOAL. AS ANOTHER OPTION A PHONE CALL WHICH IS THE QUICKEST WAY OF GETTING SCHEDULED AND QUESTIONS ANSWERED.
