I have used them several times. Once for a big delivery and several times just going out to the lot to pick out boulders for the creek bed. All of my experiences have been good. When I've gone out, I've been helped loading large rocks in my station wagon. The delivery I had done of river rock and preselected boulders were as stated. It was done on time and no mishaps.

Called 6/15 to inquire about the cost to deliver 3 yards of 1/2 minus or 1/4 minus crushed rock to my home. Spoke with Aaron who was very efficient and helpful. After checking with a couple of other places, I called Valley back, spoke with a second man, and ordered the 3 yards of 1/4 minus to be delivered the following week. Both of the men I spoke to at Valley were very reasonable and accommodating. They told me I could have it delivered whenever I chose. We set the delivery for the following Monday but both men told me clearly that if I needed to change the day, I could simply call them as late as Monday morning to reschedule. The delivery time was set for 1 - 3 p.m. The truck arrived at 1 p.m. The driver was well-dressed, neat and proficient. He carefully backed the truck up onto my driveway and slowly unloaded the rock which cut down on dust. The quality is exactly what I wanted for my paths. Valley's price was a little higher than another supplier but Valley seemed more professional and knowledgeable, and the price was not that much higher than I paid for a similar product 15 years ago.

Based on a referral from a landscape contractor who lauded the quality of their material, I went to Valley Landscape Center to order a load of garden mulch and compost to be delivered. They delivered the ordered materials on time (within a 2 hour window) and placed the material exactly where I had specified it be placed.
