We are sad to hear that [removed member name] didn't believe we earned an A rating in regards to responsiveness and punctuality. Although, it is even harder to respond to a review that is posted over two years after the work was completed. We don't know what happened in [removed member name]'s case, however as far as punctuality goes, there is a possibility there was a traffic issue the morning we started his work. As for responsiveness, we work very hard to ensure that all phone calls are answered in a timely manner, all voicemails are returned within 24 hours, and all emails are responded to within 24 hours. During the progress of the job, we make sure to check in with our customers as often as possible, to let them know the progress being made, or to ask any questions we might have during the job. We work hard to ensure that all customers are 100% satisfied in all aspects of their interaction with Treadline, and we encourage our customers to let us know when something has not measured up to their expectations, so that we may resolve it in a timely manner. Waiting two years to post a B rating on Angie's List does not give us any information, nor does it give us any way of responding to any issues that may have come up. We wish [removed member name] the best, and hope he is enjoying his new floors.

Description of Work: Ovi and his team were very responsive to our calls and emails. We were on an extremely tight timeline to get our floors redone, and they accommodated us without hesitation. They did exactly what was promised and the floors look beautiful!

Treadline Construction aims to provide excellent products and services. We are confused as to what an 'average' experience might be, but we hope that (member name removed) was pleased with what we provided for her. As an Angie's List promotion customer, (member name removed) received an excellent value for the Screen and Coat services. While normally, this service costs a minimum of $750, (member name removed) utilized our $125 promotion, and received an additional 32 sq ft for $104. That is a savings of over $500! Our screen and coat service is a great way to spruce up the life of a floor, without doing a full refinish. Our crews were able to perform these services in one day, and (member name removed) seemed pleased with our work. We appreciate her business!

Very well.
Description of Work: Refinished 15 yr old hardwood floors. We have hardwood floors in our kitchen, dinette, hallway, and 2 bathrooms, which all connect to each other at some point. The floors were the worst in the dinnette, due to moving chairs in and out, and fading due to hot sun coming through a sliding door, and cupping of some boards in the kitchen due to a slow water leak. We wanted to have the floors look like new because we were selling our house...and they did!
