The Garden Corner

I found a fountain I was interested in at a competitors nursery. It was over $600 and I was hoping to get it for less so I called The Garden Corner. I gave him the name and number of the fountain. He asked me when I wanted it and I said within a month or so. I was told bluntly "It ain't gonna happen!" When he quoted me a price that was well over $1,000 I told him Seven Deees was selling it for $650. Then he asked me why I wasted his time? I will never bother him again and plan to spread the word!!!!!!

Up until the last two years my experience has been generally favorable. The prices are higher than its competitors but the quality/selection is top-notch and the service has always been the differentiator. In the last two years the selection has deteriorated and the service has tanked. They have become very arrogant and act as though they are doing their customers a favor by doing business with them. They have several city contracts that seem to dominate their time and efforts to the detriment of the average run of the mill customer. I have personally experienced appalling attitude (abuse really) from the owner and manager and witnessed other customers receiving similar poor treatment. Lower level employees are better but it is always challenging to find someone to help you. I will not be doing business with this company in the future.
