Greg Douglass came out to give me a estimate in a timely manner. The price he quoted me was within the price range that the other companies whom I called quoted. He even matched the lowest price for the 10 year parts and labor warranty from the other companies. The installers were considerate and they put down carpet runners to minimize the mess. The furnace installation went smooth with no surprises. I would recommend Sky Heating and use them again.

I used Sky Heating for a furnace replacement 4 months earlier so when I found out that they installed tankless water heaters it was a no brainer for me. I did call several other companies and the price range was from 2900.00 to 3600.00. The installation went well, the only problem I had was with the way the installer installed the natural gas line to the unit. But after calling Sky Heating they came out to correct the problem rather quickly.

Very professional, prompt and skilled. Very organized, friendly and cleaned up all mess. From the time I excepted their bid the work was completed a week later. Their quote beat Home Depot's Trane representative by $1300 and even was a few dollars cheaper than the quote I got for a Carrier Comfort system. 2% cash discount dropped price to $4257. Warranty 1 year Labor, 5 years Parts, 10 years compressor. Very impressed with AC temperature (51 degrees F) and airflow from this unit. House is two-story 2400 sq ft. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality equipment at an affordable price with superior service (sales rep, office staff and installer).

The salesperson was very helpful, prompt and courteous. The bid was excellent and did not exceed the cost. They even removed two old water heaters that were in the crawlspace while removing the old furnace. However, the office staff were horrendous. They did not return calls; up to 6 calls over a several month period to make small changes following a city inspection. They did not file paperwork as promised for tax credit. Sales and installation was an A, but the office staff gets a D- in my book.

The work was done on time, and the installer was very experienced. He had a pleasant attitude, and he was easy to work with. It was a very good experience.

The installer was prompt, efficient, and made sure everything was clean prior to leaving. The work was completed a day early which was an unexpected surprise. The sales person was very patient and knowledgeable and really helped us make good decisions for our situation.
