I have been pleased with their service. I would use them again. They were on time and completed the work. I asked them for an estimate for changing something in my system and the price sounded reasonable.

My seasoned oil furnace guy later came back and said my oil furnace was working just fine. I would not recommend their services.

We use them every year. The best thing about the service is the guy who comes out, Anthony - he's the same guy every year. He's very thorough.

The experience was good. The price was fair.

Andy is a super-hero contractor and I cannot recommend this company, Travis, and Andy more highly (note my review distribution - I am quite picky and this type of glowing review is very uncommon from me) . My furnace was not turning on -- problem seems to be a clogged condensate drain hose...this is odd, given that I actually have a 3/4" gravity drain, but there is a small 3/8" plastic tube that was clogged with algae within the furnace . Not only did Andy find and fix the problem (cleaning out the tube), but he also found a rusted out clamp and a un-sealed exhaust pipe and fixed those as well. Furthermore, Andy was extremely familiar with my unit and also showed me other potential future issues that I should keep an eye on (circuit board over-heat)...Andy is highly competent -- I've hired him before and he's very smart, experienced, dedicated, and enthusiastic. You couldn't possibly hire a better HVAC contractor than Andy....A contractor's contractor -- Andy doesn't strive for good enough, rather he wants to get the job done right, with high quality and it shows for those of us who pay attention to the details... I also really appreciate Andy going over the details of the issues and solutions with me; his communication skills are outstanding and he is very personable.

This company was totally amazing. Anthony went above and beyond to repair my furnace. I can only say excellent things about him. He even took his shoes off when he came in my house and cleaned everything up which was amazing. He explained everything to me so I understood what was going on.

They were able to volunteer the information on the repair. I was able to do the repair on my own and cancelled my appointment with them. They had originally installed the HVAC systme in the home. I will call in the future if we need work done.

We purchased a more expensive unit because there was a rebate. We found out that the unit was not installed in the proper way to make us eligible for the rebate. This was very irritating because they had shown me that I would receive the rebate. This was very upsetting. They did give us the first service free to make to try and make up for the rebate. When they service the system they are polite and the system runs well.

I had bids from 3 different companies. I felt they were more confident then the other two. They did the work on time, the guy was real friendly, it was nice having him around. They cleaned up after themselves and everything worked perfectly. For all the energy credits for the tax rebate they did all the paper work for me and just mailed them to me and all I had to do was just sign them and mail them in. I was really impressed by them.

They were professional, on time and they were great at explaining everything that they were doing. The staff did a great job, they stopped to check in on the workers and make sure we didn't have any questions.

I have had only good interactions with them. When I originally had the furnace installed I had been to a couple of dealers and got quotes. Sky looked at the house and what we had and gave us options. Our central air had totally died and it had developed leaks which were never repairable. They said what the straight replacement would be and told us that if we considered heat pump then the cost will be more. However we may get rebates. I did not feel like I was being over sold. They told me that if we get the heat pump then we don’t need the 95% efficient furnace. 80% high efficiency furnace will be good enough as we won’t be running the furnace that often. What they told us has been the case so far. We have had incredibly low bills since then. The furnace kicks in only when it is the coldest time. They were spot on. The system is efficient and they installed it quickly. They were very professional. They have been doing what they said since three years. I had them replace the hot water tank and we talked about it. At that time we decided that it was not a good value for our money. They are professionals and they know their stuff. They don’t try and sell you what is profitable for them or what you don’t need. They tell you the pros and cons and let you make the decision. They are not pushy. I did price comparisons and they were reasonable. They were selling a system which is very durable. I would rate them high overall. The house was clean when they finished the work and there was no damage. They did not leave any mess. They were spot on with their appointment and follow up. They were entirely professional. The work they did was tidy.

Greg was great to work with from initial evaluation to coordinating installation and any changes. We did not initially plan on hot water heater installation but he got the job done while installing furnace. We also discovered that our ductwork had a number of issues needing fixing so we added on the duct work sealing and wrapping. We did not have the duct work tested as we already knew it was far from adequate. Matthew is skilled and worked hard to install all the equipment, shared information I needed and was prompt and personable. Morgan worked many hours under the house in crawlspace repairing our ductwork to ensure we get the most from our new furnace. He is committed to doing that job to the highest specs. Our new furnace is quiet, runs far less already, and our home is now a uniform temp from one end to the other. We should have years of enjoyment and greatly increase our energy efficiency.

It was a very good experience. We got bids from several people and we used them because the sell Traine equipment that is very good. We wanted to install an outside heat pump as opposed to an inside one, and the sales associate was very helpful in convincing the homeowner's association that this was okay.

Overall they were very good. They were careful and helped us choose good installation locations and answered our questions. They were prompt and the installing technician was personable. One thing he overlooked initially that is important was the adding of refrigerant to the mini-split system. I had to ask for him to add the necessary refrigerant. He willingly did this. One extra nice thing he did was to install an extra pathway for condensate water so that I could route another device through this. He was very personable and the system works as advertised saving tons of $ in electricity - and it is quiet! Very good overall.

We had several estimates for other companies. We were most impressed with Greg D from Sky. He was friendly, knowledgeable, very professional, he showed us several options and helped pick out the correct unit for our home. He explained the process and it went just as planned. We had our install date set, then had a family emergency and Greg was able to swap install date with another customer to fit our needs. He was here on the morning the work started as well as Roberto and Usiel. He again explained the process and Roberto and Usiel got to work! They both worked very hard and I think the job was complete in just a few days. We didn't have to do a thing! All were very professional from office staff to on site workers. I would definitely use there services again and have recommended them to friends who will soon be in the market!!

Sky was consistently friendly and helpful, always courteous and always punctual, from the estimate to the actual work. They went to a lot of trouble to keep us with hot water for as long as they could even though the gas company screwed up badly and didn't get around to setting us up with a gas meter until the last moment. We did end up having to go without hot water for one day, but it was entirely the gas company's fault; Sky actually had someone come in right away to hook us up once we got the gas meter set up. The work was done very quickly and efficiently and everything looks clean and neat and safe. The system appears to be working excellently so far.

They arrived when they said they would and looked over our current system. They offered some suggestions on how to meet some home comfort objectives and also make upgrades. Their bid was competitive with others we received. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves very well. They even followed up after the installation to make sure that things were working well.

Gary the salesman was extremely helpful and took a lot of time to explain options. He even invited me to his house so I could hear how loud his heat pump was (while I was looking at heat pumps). My furnace gave out on New Year's Eve before I had officially decided to replace. I reached Gary by cell phone on the holiday, and he got to work ordering the furnace for an install on the following Monday. By Monday night, we had heat, and the job was finished on Tuesday. The installer was a little lazy and proposed venting the furnace through the front of my house near the front porch. Fortunately, I was strong enough to say "no way" and he vented out to the utility side of the house. Gary had originally proposed using our old roof-top chimney. These actions are what led me to downgrade the professionalism level. Also, the office was helpful in doing a lot of up front work at getting our tax credit paperwork together.

They were courteous and helpful. The man was very nice. He was very helpful. They kept coming out to fix all of the problems. There never seemed frustrated I kept calling them.

I had four different bids and I took considerable time looking into them and I called other customers and Sky had the best reputation. I was very pleased with there work and I would hirer them again.

We were so happy to have the heat back on. We were able to go out of town to celebrate the holidays with family knowing that we had discharged our responsibilities! Dan really went beyond the call of duty in helping us for some much time that evening.

With the old furnace and heat pump my winter electric bills were running about $180/month. For the replacement Sky installed a high efficiency zone controlled system, which I was informed would be more efficient and reduce my heating bills. However since the installation of this system my bills have skyrocketed and in spite of repeated calls and emails to the company, they will not address the problem. I paid for an independent assessment of the system which indicated a possible electronic control problem. Sky came out and claimed to have fixed something (?) but would not respond to my request to describe what they did in writing, so I really think nothing was done. I have had to refrain from heating my basement and upstairs with my fancy new zone heating system and my high efficiency heat pump, in order to keep my electric bills under $300/ month. I certainly wish I had my 25 year old heat pump back, and my $14,964.00.

Great job! The old was out, new was in within two days. There was a bit more sheet metal work than originally anticipated, but Sky crew just did it without extra charge to the overall project cost. One day was spent sealing ducting, about 3 hours to duct test on each end of the project. Guys left our house clean and were friendly and professional. We would hire them again and/or recommend their services to colleagues and friends.

They answered all the questions that I asked. They showed up on time to do the work for us. They were very courteous when they were there working. They cleaned up everything when they were done working.

After receiving the initial bid, I found that Sky would be providing a single-stage thermostat, which I believe is inadequate for the two-stage, variable speed furnace I was considering. Adding a better thermostat cost more. He also added several hundred to include a better air filtration system. Finally, he said that with my 4" ductwork, I would need upgrades to at least some of it to use the high-efficiency furnace. Al was very prompt in responding to my additional questions and appeared more interested in our phone conversations, but his company's final price ended up higher than the company I chose and that did not include the unknown cost of upgrading some or all of the ductwork.
