Description of Work: I had an ongoing leak around my chimney and window that no one seemed to able to fix. I had even replaced my entire roof and still had the problem. SFW quickly identified the problem and made the repairs. They kept me fully informed during the process. They even repaired a couple of other areas that were starting to deteriorate.

Description of Work: it took a month to get them to look at our house. they quoted 10x the amount. brought enough trucks to dismantle a home. I knew it would take more that the original amount but I needed to have them take a look to confirm, they were unwilling to do that. the job was done later for twice the amount. thank goodness I didn't go for 10x

Description of Work: The replaced a french door that was incorrectly installed more than 15 years ago and was causing dry rot. They also located some additional dry rot around a couple of windows and fixed those. They were very professional and did a great job!

Description of Work: The subcontractor that was used to complete the job overcharged for materials and ended up breaking an outside light and never telling me. He also brought along his neighbor to do part of the work, which essentially doubled my labor charges. When I called SFW they were prompt in coming out to repair the light, but I would not trust their subcontractors.

From start to finish, he will not only perform beyond your expectation but he will be a reliable guide through what can be complicated repairs/remodels to your home. Here is what you can expect: 1) He will help you make a detailed plan and if you are not sure about what you want, he will help by providing options 2) He will give you a detailed estimate that will include material and labor costs and he will be 100% accurate 3) He will show up on time, work incredibly efficiently and complete your project on time 4) He will maintain a level of professionalism that will give you peace of mind 5) The finished product will meet/exceed your expectation I have known Steve for 15 years. He worked his way through college remodeling homes for me and many other people in Eugene. You can depend on him to do excellent work.
Description of Work: Steve Wade has been my contractor for many years. The first home he helped me remodel was an 1800 sq ft home. He installed laminate flooring and new countertops in the kitchen. He completely remodeled both bathrooms, including ceramic tile and installation of a shower, new light fixtures and heaters. He also replaced the roof. My second remodel was an 2000 sq ft condominium. Here again he completely remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms with ceramic tile, new light fixtures throughout and new sinks. Both homes were of 1950 vintage and desperately needed updates. I was able to sell for a very nice profit because of the work SFW construction completed.

+ 3 moreI want to thank the team for their professionalism and craftsmanship. The crew that did my bathroom was courteous, considerate and did a great job. They worked hard to find a solution that would meet my needs, both in quality and cost. They were honest and open about all of the issues, and kept me informed of the work status. I had opportunities to discuss the plans and the results so that I felt part of the team. The tile looks amazing, and the paint and doors tie it all together. The team was knowledgeable and professional, and I would recommend them to my friends and family!!!! I will definitely use them again!
