I called in because I had dry rot damage on my home. they took the time to explain the repair process and sent me helpful links from both YouTube and the SFW website so I could literally see what would take place. I'm excited to be working with a company that cares enough to take the time to help me understand the process. They made it clear my business was important to them.

I have had a great experience so far with SFW. I called in and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, and she then transferred me over to speak with Christian, who was also very enjoyable to talk to. I had a lot of questions regarding repairs to my home and he took the time to answer all of them for me and made sure I understood what was going to be needed to be done. He then promised to send me over an information packet in an email which I had in my inbox less than five minutes after getting off the phone with him. My husband and I are very much looking forward to working with them!

Greg and Juan were a very efficient team. They worked well together and kept me informed of their progress. I will request them next time I need a job done.

Buyer be beware. They agreed to paint my house for one price, and charged eight (8) times more in time and materials to prep the house. Like most consumers, I was looking to have my house painted at a fair price. I received proposals from two painters to prep and paint the trim, windows and doors of the exterior of my house. No siding; they were going to pressure wash that. SFW estimated the job was going to be much less than the other proposal I received because it didn't include time and materials. Because of that, I understood there was going to be some additional prep charges given the other bid was around $4,000 more. That's where they took advantage of me. With 3 guys getting paid $68/hour, each day becomes expensive. It took them a week and a half to prep the house. After receiving an invoice showing that I was way over budget now, I told the supervisor that the job needed to stop. His reply was that the bid work had started and that I wasn't going to be charged time and material anymore. That was half untrue. They hadn't billed me for the last 3 days. At the end of the job, I received a detailed list of charges I was required to pay outside of their hourly rate including, trash bags, gloves, painting tape, masks, portable toilet and driving debris to the dump @ $68/hr. When you hire a painter, you'd think most of these items would be included in the bid. The only thing the bid included was the paint... and the ladders I guess. When I reached out to the manager to let him know these charges were unreasonable, he said he'd be putting a lien on my house and having his attorney contact me. Unfortunately I found out late, consumers have been duped by this company more than once after reading posts on this site and others. I thought I did my homework by receiving a second bid but that only confirmed I paid 3.5x more for the job.

Eric (project supervisor) and his team did an amazing job, repairing the dry-rot on our wood siding. It was such a pleasure to work with Eric. He explained the scope of the work to me, and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Great communication with the team. Customer first oriented. Between the project supervisors Dale B. and Brooks M. I got what I wanted done and more. They listened to my ideas of construction and executed with excellence. Any snags we ran into was not due to the team, but due to the neglect the previous owners had with the house. I am pleased with the project and as stressful as remodeling can go, this company and it's associates made it less stressful. Great clean up and made sure I understood every step in the project. Even sub contractors that were needed (plumber and electricians) were great as well.

Alex and his crew did an excellent job. They repaired the dry-rot / pest damage to this 60 year old house and did an excellent job of working through some unique problems. I would highly reccomend them.

SFW was hired to repair dry rot behind some siding. The deconstruction and dry rot repair was done expertly in only one day, and the cost for that was very reasonable. However, the residing took way too long, and the costs escalated unbelievably fast. The final cost of the project was almost 6 times that of the tear-off and structural repair. If I had it to do over again I would get bids from others for the residing, then have SFW do the tear off and structural repair. I truly believe this would have saved about 50% of the cost of a very expensive project. Lesson learned.

Very prompt, clean, and friendly. I appreciated that they wanted me to approve decisions in person, although that was a bit of an inconvenience to run back and forth from home to work. :) Great communication, would definitely hire again.

I highly recommend SFW. They are organized, communicative, do quality work, and work hard. We were very happy with their service.

I had 3 boards replaced on my window due to weather damage. I was expecting the job would only take one person, but 2 people showed up and they charged me by the hour for each one of them. I could have done this job myself for less than 10% of what they charged me. The quality is good, but I should have done it myself considering how much I paid for the small job. Be careful they will over charge you for a very small job.

Very busy. Difficult to get on their work schedule, as it is with most skillful companies.
