+ 1 moreRex Yetter is the kind of contractor we always hope for but don't always find. Not only is his workmanship excellent, his prices are fair, projects are finished on time and on budget. In replacing siding on my house, he carefully matched existing paint color and even painted adjacent siding (without charge) to ensure the replacement wasn't obvious. I found that he has a broad and in-depth knowledge of construction, excellent communication and people skills and is scrupulous about keeping appointments and cleaning up the construction site. I would rank Rex as a 10 out of 10.
Description of Work: Remove damaged siding from house. Add new, and higher quality, siding and paint to match existing side.

+ -1 moreRex gave me an initial bid for project, then found additional damage after removing siding. He called immediately, took photos of damage and emailed them to me. Then gave me an updated estimate before proceeding.
Description of Work: I had damaged siding and subsiding removed and replaced.

+ -1 moreVery skilled, knowledgeable and reasonable. This was a big job and I was very impressed by Rex and his crew. We had to make changes in the middle of the job & Rex was very easy to work with and great about keeping costs down.
Description of Work: Repaired rotted roof overhang. Skilled carpentry involved. Also did a big demolition of an interior space.
