this was our third time asking Bob to do tile work for us, and each experience was excellent. He begins by providing an itemized estimate showing exactly what the labor and materials will cost. He provided us with his professional opinion as to which tile types were best for the job. When he began the job he conferred with us on the details of the job, demonstrating how different size grout joints would look and reviewing with us the placement of deco tiles in the tile field. His work is professional and we would use his services again if we ever needed more tile work done.

Bob did a fantastic job. His initial evaluation and quote was very complete, including climbing into my attic to look for a suspected leak. His quote was detailed and easy to understand. His work was very professional and he did a great job keeping the rest of my house from also becoming a work space. He was very flexible allowing me to get inspectors to perform the appropriate visits even though it delayed his work schedule. I highly recommend him to perform a professional, reliable job. Mr. Brownlie did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. He was on time, knew what was required to repair the work the other contractor failed to do, and finished the job in a timely manner. The tile work looks very good, nice grout lines, no tiles sticking up or otherwise not looking uniform. We had him do the countertops after he did such a good job on the tub and shower. Would certainly use him again.
