We were more than 100% pleased with PDX Movers! The crew, both in Portland and the folks they hired in Palm Springs, were very careful, very efficient, very pleasant, very neat and went beyond just being helpful to being sure everything unloaded in Palm Springs was placed where it belonged. They even unboxed all the artwork and removed all packing materials. Foremost in this great job was PDX driver RYAN, who expertly directed all the loading of our shipment in Portland, drove it to Palm Springs while avoiding snow by detouring occasionally to safer highways, and leading the Palm Springs workers in a top notch job once in Palm Springs. We were particularly impressed with how swiftly he was able to complete the job! We recommend Ryan as a first-rate PDX employee in all categories, including his expert driving and especially his leadership in directing the crew under him. Would not hesitate to recommend him most highly!

We hired PDX movers to move my elderly parents to Palm Springs on the first day and then the rest to two large storage units in Lake Oswego. Our lead guy Ryan Kuhl and his crew lead by Megan, Jake, Matthew, Micah and Noah could not have been more careful, helpful and friendly. The entire move was flawless and efficient from start to finish!

I have moved all over the country and world but I have never used a moving service. I was little wary but proceeded anyway. PDX Movers, specifically Billy, Chris A and Xander, really exceeded any expectations I could have had. They were friendly, humorous, thorough and kind. Each of them handled my belongings with importance and care and they did so in a quick manner. I would HIGHLY recommend using PDX Movers for all your relocation needs.

They worked fast and efficiently while respecting all of my items, and took extra time to help me reorganize a storage space and a separate stop for a laundry drop off. Josh and his crew (Alex and Isaia) did a great job. Very professional and friendly. They were good about checking in and making sure they didn't miss anything. Very smooth transactions. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Super efficient and professional crew. Made a big move much easier and handled challenges at our originating property (narrow driveway) and final destination (four-story townhouse) with competence. From the office staff and surveyor to two day moving crew, we were pleased with all of our interactions and felt like the transactions were transparent, fair, and customer-centered. This moving crew worked hard and our family felt like we were in good hands the entire time.

Great! Last time we moved we shopped around and went with PDX Movers, because the communication with the office was easy, price was reasonable, and the date we needed worked out. This month we needed to move again & with COVID-19 precautions and everything we wanted someone we could trust, so we called PDX Movers again for a quick quote (which hadn't really changed because it was mostly the same stuff). The team arrived on time, did everything they needed to do and were very courteous. I hope we don't need to move again, but these folks did an A+ job.

Really went beautifully. We'd prepacked the small, loose belongings. They handled or packed larger or breakable items. They were abt. 3/4 hour later than we expected, but called to confirm when on their way and frankly, the communications before the move had been stellar. Nothing broken or damaged. The team worked steadily and completed in 30min or so over the estimated time. Our family very much appreciated that they were masked up, & sensitive to social distancing (in ways, frankly, that some of our "painter/repair people" for the first house had been sloppy about.) Thanks, PDX!!

Great! Only took about 4 hours, they all really hard. Some pieces damaged and some missing parts, but par for the course.

It went exceptional and without any hiccups. They were extremely professional and met all our expectations. They were friendly and courteous, and a great joy to work with. It was an extremely hot day out, and they still kept up the pace and did not complain. It was a 9 hour day for them. Thank you so very much for doing a fantastic job.

The move went off without a hitch. A team of 6 young men performed the job. They were polite, professional, and they eased my mind about the move.

This is a great company and a great team, with a really professional but comfortable service culture. Karri and Seth were excellent with communication, sales information and always available for calls and responsive with questions and follow up. Pricing quote was clear and fair. The overall price was in line with other company quotes and because of their service levels and professionalism made the overall proposition a real value. The packing team was actually incredible, Desmond the team leader was professional and easy to work with. He really knew what he was doing and you could tell by the way his team worked with him that they all were well trained and they focused on doing things "right" the "right way." There was no idle conversation, looking at cell phones, excessive breaks etc. The only time we heard anyone speaking was actually when one team member was training or teaching another team member how to do something better, or using a proper / safe technique etc. The packing and load team was comprised of Travis, Nic, Cirilo, Isai, and Cory, I cannot say enough positive things about them. Andrei the driver and supervisor on the delivery end was just as professional and service focused. There were some minor/major problems during packing and unloading but they were handled by the team extremely well, (In a large cross state move you have to expect some issues to arise) The PDX Movers team was proactive and engaged in solving any problems in a quick efficient manner. It was evident they have a really strong people-oriented service culture. Mike Devenport, owner was very active and involved in working with his team to solve any issue and make things the best possible for the client. I only have positive things to say about this company and their service, product levels. The really understand what it takes to be successful and make people happy.

From the first time I contacted PDX Movers they were very informative on policies and procedures, especially with Covid. There is One major procedure they DID NOT COVER WITH US or address properly and it occurred twice They failed to inform us when another person was added to the crew to introduce him. THEN THEY DID IT AGAIN! Once we arrived at our destination to unload; two unfamiliar people arrived, two people left. They did not inform us of this, nor did they introduce us to them. I did not recognize the two men and asked where they came from. THIS IS THE WORST THING YOU CAN DO TO SOMEONE MOVING, HANDLING YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND ENTERING YOUR HOME. I WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THIS AND WAS NOT GIVEN ANY WARNING OR OPPORTUNITY TO DECLINE SOMEONE NEW. WHEN YOU ARE AT THE MERCY OF OTHERS, IT WAS VERY UPSETTING. Heather

The move went exactly as planned. The movers were polite, professional and efficient. They went above and beyond by putting together furniture and rearranging as needed. Top-notch crew.

The movers showed up on time and kept me apprised of when they would arrive from the moment they left their facility until they arrived at my home. Desmond, the lead was very polite and professional. The whole group of four men were very efficient and quick but careful with all our items. They were all polite and friendly but professional.

The PDX Movers' crew was great! They were very friendly and went out of their way to make this a good experience for us. They showed up on time, and all of the crew worked extremely hard for the duration of the move. We were very happy with how it all went, and would not hesitate to recommend PDX Movers to our friends.

Rich and the team did a great job! No damage and these guys know how to work! I'll use them again...they were not the lowest price but we moved from 4,000 sq. ft. to 1,350 and they helped immensely. John
