+ -1 moreVery very nice young man, Joe Campbell, showed up right on time. Started work immediately. He was courteous, removed his shoes and respectful of my home. I was very happy with his service and now I'm considering having him clean my gutters.

+ -1 moreI was referred to Joe at Oregon Pure Shine by a coworker and contacted him in December. It was a pleasant surprise when Joe answered my call without having to go through any voice prompts or leave a message. On the phone Joe took his time to answer all of my questions and then scheduled my free estimate appointment. Joe arrived on time and put on shoe protectors before entering my house. As I walked him though the house and showed him the windows to be cleaned he was very personable and engaging asking me questions about my home . He pointed out an area along one of my windows that he recommended I have sealed. When Joe finished he said his COO would write up and email me the estimate within 24 hours. Later the same evening I received the estimate and they even offered me a 10% new customer discount even though I didn't think to ask for a discount. I excepted the estimate and the next morning Joe called to schedule the work. Joe arrived on-time and was professional. He took meticulous care to ensure all windows were streak free and the edges, corners, sills and tracks were all completely clean and dry. When he finished my windows looked simply amazing and are again super easy to open and close just like they were when they were brand new. Then the next day I received a very nice thank you letter with another discount offer I'll can use the next time my windows need cleaning.
