+ -1 moreIt went well. The plumber did have to come back to change the rough in plumbing for the spout in the showerstall-tub because the tile could not be installed the way the plumbing was originally. However, he came back immediately to change it so that the tile could be installed on time.
Description of Work: Plumbing for shower stall; installed two bathroom basins and two toilets.

Description of Work: We have a 1963, John Storrs, mid-century modern home a need to redo the main-level powder room. We replaced the wall mounted Case toilet with a black modern Duravit wall toilet with the in-wall tank. Brian from Modern Plumbing has installed several in-wall Duravit toilets and this went in perfectly. The powder room also included a small corner sink. Brian was able to modify the drain so it came out of the wall at a 45° degree angle, just how we had hoped. It worked out great and looks awesome. I would highly recommend Modern Plumbing for anyone. Thanks again Brian. Great job! (you should see pictures) Steve

+ -1 moreAnother company did it but then it failed, so we had Modern Plumbing do it and it has been fine since. They absolutely know what they are doing and they do it right with the right equipment. I don?t recall the price but I was fine with it because you know that it is being done the way it should be.

+ -1 moreThey did a pretty good job doing the work. I felt it was too expensive for what they did. They worked in a timely manner and were on time. They cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: They installed a new bathtub and a new faucet. They set up a pedestal sink also.
