I PURCHASED 2 METAL GARDEN TRELLISES AT $79.99 EACH ALONG WITH SEVERAL PLANTS. THE TRELLISES WERE TOO LARGE AND I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THEM FOR A CREDIT ON MY CREDIT CARD. I SPOKE TO 2 STORE EMPLOYEES, ANGIE IN THE MAIN OFFICE AND THEN THE OWNER IN AN ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. THE OWNER WOULD ONLY OFFER ME STORE CREDIT WHICH WILL TAKE TOO LONG FOR ME TO USE. OWNER ADDITIONALLY ACCUSED ME OF HAVING USED THE TRELLISES FOR A PARTY AND THEN RETURNING THEM. I ATTEMPTED TO RETURN THE ITEMS 3 DAYS AFTER I PURCHASED THEM.

In response to the member's complaint, our policy is that we issue stire credit. It is explained to her why we have this policy. We have had such a problem with customers using products for parties and then returning the item or items. We are a retail garden center not a landscaping company or party rental. She was not accused of using the itmes for a party. We tried to work this out, she claimed that the trellises were too big, we offered to find her smaller one, she didn't want that and we offreed full in-store credit.
