Description of Work: I have a recirculating stream that is leaking and crumbling. Hughes gave me an estimate for replacing it. The estimate was in line with others I received for the work, and the gentleman who came out was very helpful in explaining what would be required and suggesting questions to ask other bidders. I was confident that the company would have done an excellent job and would hire them if I were going to do the project. However, I could not justify the expense and am going an alternate route.

+ -1 moreThey have an incredible selection of plants for water gardens and seem very informed about what works well when. It was fun just strolling around. Their prices are competitive to what I have seen elsewhere. And the drive out there was beautiful, too.
Description of Work: After having our pond and waterfall cleaned up, we needed to replace some of the plants. The staff helped us select the appropriate plants and also various pond treatments (beneficial bacteria and plant fertilizer). Our purchase included three plants, some aquatic potting media, fertilizer, and beneficial bacteria.

+ -1 moreWOW! OUR WATER GARDEN CONTINUES TO GET A LOT OF RESPONSE. I CAN BE WORKING OUTSIDE IN THE SUMMER AND PEOPLE WILL ACTUALLY STOP AND MAKE A COMPLIMENT ON OUR WATER GARDEN. I AM VERY HAPPY THAT WE WENT WITH HUGHES WATER GARDENS.
Description of Work: WE HAD HUGHES WATER GARDENS COME TO OUR HOME TO PLOT OUT AND INSTALL OUR WATER FEATURE IN THE FRONT YARD.
