Description of Work: I have a three-story house with 55 windows, hence the cost of service. I have been using Mark's Window Cleaning service for over 10 years because they do an excellent job. They clean all the difficult windows that are way out of reach at no extra charge. They are professional and friendly. It is always the best feeling to have the windows sparkling clean!

Description of Work: Isaac from Excel Window Cleaning (formally Mark's Window Cleaning) arrived within the time period that I was giving when the appointment was scheduled. He was friendly and professional. He quickly went to work cleaning the inside windows. When he was finished inside he moved outside and again quickly went to work on the outside windows and screens. He finished the job within 1 1/2 hours. This is the 10th time I have used "Mark's" and they have not increased their price in 4 years. I was very happy once again!

THE ESTIMATOR/WINDOW WASHER WAS FRIENDLY AND DID A GOOD JOB. I WAS DISAPPOINTED HOWEVER TO FIND OUT THE COST FOR WINDOW WASHING DID NOT INCLUDE THE TRACKS OR SCREENS. I DID NOT HAVE ANY STORM WINDOWS AND WAS ASKED ABOUT THAT WHEN I CALLED TO ASK FOR A BID. REMEMBER TO ASK FOR TRACKS AND SCREENS TO BE CLEANED AND MAKE SURE IT IS WRITTEN IN THE BID. OTHERWISE NICE WORK COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER.

IT DEPENDS ON YEAR TO YEAR AND WHAT SUB-CONTRACTOR THEY USE. SOME OF THE SUBCONTRACTORS ARE GOOD AND SOME ARE NOT SO GOOD. WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE ONCE, AND WE COMPLAINED, THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT ANOTHER PERSON OUT TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. AFTER THEY SENT OUT THE SECOND PERSON, IT WAS ALL CLEARED UP.
