+ -1 moreAfter a week of leaving this guy voicemails and having the warranty company contact him, we still have not heard from him. He does not return any of my calls and has not proactively reached out to me to schedule the repair. He's a total flake and dodges calls while water pours into my attic. I checked on his contractor's license and he does not even have a valid CCB license with the state any more, as of this writing. The warranty company is assigning a different contractor as I write this and I am very glad that I didn't get stuck dealing with this person.
Description of Work: This contractor was assigned to fix a roof leak by my home warranty company.

+ -1 moreThey tore off a section of the roof that had been improperly installed. I had an on going problem with my roof leaking. Dennis and his guys got up in the attic and found a solution to the problem. Job was done in a timely manor.
Description of Work: Fixed a leak in the roof.

+ -1 moreThey were very good. They explained what needed to be done. They worked with me on financing the project and got the job done the same day. They matched the existing roofing exactly.
Description of Work: The original contractor had improperly flashed the metal valleys on my roof. D&D replaced the problem.

+ -1 moreAfter doing some research, I discovered that this contractor has a suspended Oregon contractor's license (as of july 2006). I spoke with him about it, and he said that it had to do with his insurance coverage. This was my only exposure to D&D contracting (I didn't have him perform any work). However, I'm thinking he shouldn't be doing business if he doesn't have a valid license.
Description of Work: Various small roofing repair/rehab jobs at our house.

+ -1 moreI'm irritated that someone would be even working without a license and passing themselves off as having one.
Description of Work: They came to look at the problem we were having. He assured me he would check on materials and call back. However, he never called back. I checked with the licensing board and found that his license has been suspended for lack of insurance.
