This company is outstanding. Their attention to detail is the Gold Standard. I say this especially at this time when contractors are swamped. They make you feel like your project tis the only one that they are doing. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We searched around for reputable granite countertop company and we came across Crowley's Granite concepts. From picking out a slab, to the template process and installation they were prompt and professional. They have a very high attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

The whole process of coming to our home to measure our kitchen through the installation of the quartz slabs for both the countertops and the backsplash was excellent. Everyone was very professional and very considerate of our home. We would highly recommend Crowley's.

Crowley's Granites is an exceptional company to work with. From the start, everyone was very courteous and professional. They did a beautiful job cutting and installing. Would definitely use them again.

The company sent us dates for the project that we confirmed. We scheduled an online meeting to sign the contract. Their contract indicated that they are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES that might happen as a result of installing the countertop so we asked them to commit in writing that they will be responsible for serious damages. They never showed up to that meeting. (unprofessional). They ignored my email. After a week they email that they can't provide us with such commitment and sen us to look for someone else.

First off, Randi is fantastic and such a pleasure to work with. The entire process has been smooth, from the in-home estimate to shopping for slabs to scheduling demo and install. Would definitely use Crowley’s again and would recommend them to friends and family.

They took some time to expalin the work and buy some product 4 years ago.

I called Crowley's after wasting 2 weeks waiting for another company to provide an estimate. Since I had already chosen the quartz brands and colors, Crowley's assured me they could get right on the installation as soon as the slabs arrived. They came out the next day and measured, ordered the slabs the next day, and as promised, 11 days later the new counters were installed. They are absolutely beautiful. Only wish we had done it sooner! I was completely satisfied with the way the entire project was handled. They definitely understand the importance of excellent customer service!

Went to the showroom to look at material options. Very professional. Want tile back-splash in one room and would have needed to contact a different vendor for that portion so did not choose this vendor.

They were very good. Coordinated demo, plumbing and install perfectly. Highly recommend

Crowley's was a fantastic hard working and caring company to work with. They have solid old fashioned values that shine through when taking care of their customers, a rare thing to find these days. The quote process was easy and timely, and they made sure that we were very well informed of the whole process, and in our difficult kitchen setup they worked with us to come up with a good end solution. We had several change orders and those were all timely also. The template and layout process was great, we loved being involved. As with all remodel jobs there were some bumps along the way and they worked exceedingly hard and were incredibly kind, patient and reasonable working through them with us. We knew they really cared about us being in love with the work at the end. Everyone in the office that we interacted with were all just caring, kind, genuine people. Extra special thanks to the amazing Randi for helping us so much with picking out stone, spending hours and hours looking for a color match- she worked her tail off for us! And to the whole install team and others who came to help with the install, you are excellent at what you do! Our counters are stunning, the seams are barely perceptible, and you were so respectful of our home. We just want to say thank you and to anyone looking at Crowley's, they are worth every penny. We've had counters done in another house some time ago by another highly rated company, (which was also a good experience) and Crowley's blew that experience out of the water. Hire them.

Crowleys was amazing! Not only was their quality and attention to detail outstanding, but they also allowed us to change our minds about the material at the very last minute and argued on our behalf so that the supplier did not charge us a restocking fee! Crowley’s was AMAZING!! They were super responsive and let us change our minds about the material to be used at the very last minute. They even negotiated with the supplier so we didn’t have to pay a restocking fee. They did a superb job with our quartz countertop, led us to the right choice and involved us in the layout process. We could not be happier!!!

We sought two bids for quartz kitchen countertops, and the cost for both estimates was nearly identical. We chose Crowley's because from our first meeting they provided such excellent education and explanation of the install process and answered all questions we had. They have a smooth and efficient system of preparation and install. Their skilled and detailed techniques are matched by their artistry. We love our new counters!

Josh and Dustin were the installers, and they were both very personable and professional. Real gentlemen. They performed all of their tasks with great attention to detail to get things just right. I have a lot of remodeling know-how, and I could tell that they weren't taking any shortcuts. I even learned a couple of things from them that might come in handy in the future. The bottle of wine and thank you card was a nice touch at the end, but somebody should tell the boss man that preaching to them about Jesus in a customer thank you card is wholly inappropriate and a total turnoff. I felt like turning the wine into water after that.

They were wonderful. Looks great so very happy with the whole exerience.

They did an excellent job --prompt and courteous, right on budget. We redid two bathrooms, kitchen countertop with a raised ledge. Definitely would hire again. Everything was done in three days!

Better than expected. It went fast and timely. Staff were helpful and responsive. They made it a painless process.

It went fabulously! They were very helpful in the decision making process & did a great job. Absolutely pleased with the whole experience - start to finish. They were on time and did what they said they would do. The only fly in the ointment was the company we were referred to & used for the demo work, Cuzzo Tile. Crowley's refers the pre demo to Cuzzo. The Crowley installers pointed out things Cuzzo typically do wrong (and did wrong in our kitchen). Also, the Cuzzo guy who was dropped off to do the demo was left alone 10 of the 12 hours. He seemed new to the job and cursed a fair amount (not that I blame him) throughout the day. I would suggest a different company for demo. We also used Refinish First for the cabinets and they were fantastic as well (will do separate review but wanted to mention them as much as possible).

Very well, Josh (the installer) did an excellent job and provided awesome customer service.

Everything was OK. I would use them again for estimates. I didn't go with them because we found an individual that had a more reasonable rate. The experience was good.

Overall I think they did a great job at a very fair price.

Working with Crowley's was a pleasure. The people are friendly and courteous, they made the selection process as easy as possible, and their work is impeccable. Scheduling was very straightforward and the countertops we ready exactly when they said they would be. Our Pure White countertops have been in for about 6 months now, and the seams are still almost invisible. They look amazing! The bathroom countertop looks amazing too. All the edges and corners are perfectly cut and smooth, the fit is perfect, and the surfaces are beautiful. We also appreciated that when they came to our house for measuring and installation, they were timely and neat.
