In addition to what I have mentioned. We also had them cut, with out polished edges, smaller table top pieces to be used for a patio table and another work table for our kitchen. We also had them cut 2" strips of the slab to be eventually worked into the new backsplash we are creating with our tile setter. We have been involved in a remodeling project at our home. We are acting as the general contractor and we have had experiences with many subcontractors. Crowley's is the only subcontractor we have used that have not made some sort of mistake. They treat the counter top as if it was going into their own home. Everyone at the business was extremely helpful throughout the process. Our slabs were not book matched because the particular granite we chose did not have that option. Despite this issue, the seam in the counter top is virtually invisible because the template created was so precise. The installers did a superb job in matching epoxy color for the seam and the face of the countertop at the seam was finished on site to perfectly match the rest of the counter edge. If your going to have a granite counter top installed in a kitchen remodel don't bother to look for another company, these folks really know what they are doing.

I would give them a very high rating. They were very professional, always on time and scheduled things, so that there is no inconvenience to us.

They showed up on time; very conscientious; laid tarps everywhere on flooring for protection; asked if they could turn on their radio; played quietly; worked well with each other, a good team; stayed on task; very impressed by the experience.

I was extremely pleased with Crowley's service. Everyone arrived on time and their work was efficient and tidy. They always kept me informed by phone or email of each step and their people were always friendly and professional. I had looked at another countertop provider but Crowley's services included stainless steel rods reinforcing the undermount sink countertop where the material is necessarily narrow and weaker. This gave me confidence that they were a quality company. The service was also quick - measuring for template on Wednesday, then removal of the old counter on the following Wedneday with the new granite installed the following day.

The service did not go well at all. The quote they gave me was way too high and about an additional $6000. One technician came out for the estimate. They did have good ideas and seemed to know what they were talking about. I had no problem scheduling them out for the estimate. My only complaint is that I wish I would have known there would have been additional fees before purchasing the deal. I am sure they do quality work, but it was just too costly at the time. I even took some granite to them to edge in the past.

Overall excellent. Right on schedule and did a beautiful job.

The project went very smoothly and professionally, without much disruption to our lives. The installation process only took two days. We are very pleased with the results.

Crowley was totally on top of the process the whole time. They guided us through the long process of choosing a surface for the countertops, and we ended up very happy with the result. Several countertops were longer than the slabs, but Crowley did such a great job that I could not locate the seams until they pointed them out to me. The workers took a lot of care in the house, showed up when we expected them to, and were extremely competent. I definitely recommend Crowley to anyone considering countertops.

It went very well The finished product looks great and they were on time and very professional. They came back very quickly to fix a few marks that were not noticed after the install and fixed it with an apology. They want satisfied customers and that showed through out the process.

Vern came to do the initial estimate. Gave great details on their service. Cost was very reasonable. Made the entire process super easy, like arranging for the connect & disconnect of the sink, stove top, etc. I love their templating process, & getting to see templates on the slabs. Key! Leta at from t desk was also helpful at coordinating all the details. She and other staff were helpful, getting me the slabs I really wanted. especially when the first set of slabs ordered from out-of-state were not the correct slabs. And the sweet gentleman who came to demolish the old counter tops let my son help him for a while. My son loved that!! He still talks about that as his favorite part of the whole process. Crowley's is awesome!!

Showed up on time-2 installers were neat and clean-matched perfectly and made seams almost disappear. Job was so good.

PERFECTION. Every single person I dealt with there was exceptional. Professional and courteous and honest. The price was exactly what they told me it would be and that price was perfectly fair as i had shopped around a bit. They arrived when they said they would;everything i had been quoted was exactly what happened. This simply could not have been a better experience. I will use them again for my bathroom.

Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. Made several trips to their facility to go over the selection, prep and installation and layout. Everything they do is to make sure that the job turns out to be what the customer expects. The removal and installation went really well. The installers (Brian and John) were professional and courteous. Answered all my questions and concerns. A great company to do business with. Great folks.

Crowley's did a very nice job cutting and installing the granite in our kitchen and bathroom. We did the removal of the old counter tops and they installed the new material. The pieces were cut to size correctly when they arrived and only minor work was needed to hide the seams between the different slab pieces. The color match at the seam was mostly unnoticed. We are going to have them back to do our other two bathrooms sometime in the near future.

Our job had several issues, but I still give the provider an "A" because of they way they responded to the issues. They were competitive in their bid (the middle of three bids). We selected Crowley's because they have sophisticated computer controlled equipment to assure a good fit. The measuring system was amazing - feeding information into their computerized equipment. They produced a plastic template of the job which we reviewed the same day that the measuring was done. We did have two issues with one large and complicated piece of granite. Crowley's had to order two additional slabs (at their expense) and managed to get it from the same lot number as our original selections (from Pental Granite & Marble). This caused a two day delay - with a non functional kitchen - but they resolved it as quickly as humanly possible. The installation was high quality and the seams are hard to detect. The installers put down cloths whenever they worked. The owner came out the day they finished the job to apologize for the problems and to pitch in and help. The installers even swept my floor when they finished. We loved this family owned and operated business and would not hesitate to recommend them.

It felt like working with family! Enjoyed the tour of the shop and came to appreciate the details of sizing, shaping, etc. the granite. REALLY LIKED the clamp method used to install the sink to the countertop. No falling sinks with Crowley's design! Granite colors didn't quite line up. Crowley's fixed the problem to our complete satisfaction. Happy to recommend them!

Very professional, personable, quality job - very pleased with the work and the product provided.

I sent them the information and square footage for a kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. It was over 100 square feet. I sent them emails and called and I got no response. I never even got a call back to let me know if they were busy or not.

Their process is amazing. I was without a functioning kitchen for only three days. The finished job is perfect.

Everyone we dealt with were very professional and friendly. They answered all our questions, offered very helpful suggestions and did their best to make the experience as easy on us as possible. They asked questions about what we wanted and made suggestions on certain decisions that we made. The installers were pleasant to have in our house. Did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it and overall they just did a great job.

Granite work was excellent but had cost issues with the plumber. Crowley's quoted $180-250 for plumbing and actual cost was $588. Crowley's refused to adjust their low-ball estimate, so we were very unhappy with final costs. Started late. Too bad plumber issues underminded excellent granite work.

When remodeling our kitchen, we chose Crowley's to install new soapstone countertops and an undermount sink, based on the many great reviews they had received on Angie's List. They didn't disappoint. Their price was very competitive, and they were quick to answer all of our questions. We were extremely pleased with the work they did. The installers did a fantastic job putting in the new countertops, which were expertly cut with everything fitting perfectly. Everyone we interacted with from Crowley's was friendly, professional, and helpful. We would definitely hire them again.

I am happy to add my accolades to the chorus of praise Crowley's has achieved on Angie's List. They are a model for how a contractor should run his business. They were professional but friendly, knowledgeable, and had the latest tools to make their work more precise. They were punctual but understanding when other contractors caused delays. When our cabinet builder pushed the schedule off by a week Crowley's fit us in without missing a beat despite a very busy schedule. They just left after installing granite on a large island, appliance garage, and a long run of kitchen counters. It looks beautiful. They even cleaned up after themselves and thanked me for choosing them. Can't recommend them enough.
