Fabulous!! After taking with four firms and getting their bids, including CostCo, I chose Crowley's Granite - and am I glad I did. Outstanding quality service, customer-focused, professional, patient, responsive, great value. They have a standing special offer: any remaining product can be used in another room(s) at half the labor cost. That's why I ended up with new quartz countertops in the master and guest baths. They also helped my with choosing new sinks/faucets, etc. Their entire staff and crew were excellent: Aaron, Vern, Nathan, Leta, Cheryl, Nicole, Brian, Chad, John, Josh and Allen. Their partner contractors were also outstanding: Cuzzo Tile for demo work, Pipeline Plumbing, The Fixture Gallery.

Beautiful counter top but back splash got broken. Within 2 days they had made & installed new & matching back splash great workmanship. Excellent.

We talked to some other places that didn't even bother to get back to us with a quote. Very impressed by Crowley operation and process. They did a great job with the templating with us and got a great flow that highlights the pattern of our granite and minimized seam visibility. They showed up exactly on time for the install and everything went smoothly. We're very happy with the results. They don't do the demo/plumbing themselves but coordinate the other contractors, which is convenient, if not as convenient as if it was all handled by them. All in all, it went smoothly other then we ordered a sink that we had to wait a while for after the counters went in - no fault of theirs. They even picked it up when it arrived and brought it out and installed it. They did a beautiful job, left everything clean, have been great on follow up. Highly recommended. Cost below includes install and granite. Not any of the demolition or plumbing costs.

Good. Had a nice experience picking it out, good at communicating and delivered in ice storm. They charged me a change order fee (40% more). I do not understand.

Work completed on time and the installation was almost flawless. I was very pleased with their work.

Crowley's is extremely professional from start to finish. Randi promptly came out to take our initial request, and after we received an estimate she escorted us to the granite warehouse to view slabs. At the agreed-on time, Aaron came to measure our counters for the templates, and was in and gone in less than an hour. Twelve days later a crew installed the finished countertops in less than 4 hours. Our new counters look great! The one seam between sections is very tight and well joined. The counters are everything we hoped they would be. As and example of Crowley's customer service: The day of the installation, when I came home from work and began assembling the drains to the new sink (I elected to do this work myself rather than use a plumber), I discovered that we were short one drain basket. (The Crowley crew forgot that I did not have a garbage disposal, and as a result I needed 2 drain baskets). I phoned Randi just as Crowley's was closing for the evening, and she drove one over to my home in Hillsboro so that I would have it without delay. Crowley's is in Tualatin, so that was not trivial delivery! As an aside, I had created my own estimate of what this work would have cost from one of the "big box" stores, and it came in about the same as Crowley's. And in dealing with Crowley's I had confidence that the people I was speaking to were the ones standing behind their work, unlike the big box stores, who farm out the work.

The seams are so well done--nearly invisible. And only 3 seams in my entire kitchen. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

I called on two separate occasions getting the old run around. First time a man answered (Earl, I think). I told him my issue and his first response was he could help "if he had some people". There asked where I live because they can not drive that far. I explained I was 1.8 miles from his shop, by King City. He then reluctantly said he would have someone call me back with a quote. I left my number, but no one called. The next day I called and someone said they will leave a message with Cindy. Never heard back. Here is my suggestion, don't advertise as sink replacement experts if you only want to work on the larger more profitable jobs. 100s of companies are out there that won't fix the undermounts, when I read their website I figured I found the one place that created a niche for themselves in the market place. Or maybe they areas busy they don't care about calling back. Good luck finding someone to fix your undermounts sink if it fails.

Crowley's did a beautiful job in our kitchen. All workers who came to the house were prompt, polite, and got everything finished quickly. I will use this company again.

The demolition of the old countertops/island/backsplash and the installation of the new countertops, island, and backsplash went exactly according to schedule. We really had no issues with anything. There was one hiccup when they went to install the piece of granite on the full height backsplash behind the cooktop but they figured it out and it looks great. The crew was pleasant, they arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Dealing with the office personnel for scheduling, etc. was equally professional. Even though I know where the seams in my quartz countertops are located (there are only two), I honestly cannot see them. I absolutely love my new countertops/island top and I would completely recommend this vendor.
