Description of Work: The were a joy to work with. They installed both kitchen, master bath and guest bath counters. The counters look absolutely beautiful. It took basically two days for the installation. One day to removed the old tile counters and one day to install the new counters. They came back about a week later to install the backsplash. Vern Crowley is such a nice man and he delivered everything he promised. The whole staff was friendly and cheerful. They made the whole experience easy.

Description of Work: They removed all of our old tile and added brand new Granite. We have a very large kitchen with a really large island and the price was very reasonable. I would use them again in the future. :)

Description of Work: We hired Crowley's for our kitchen countertop and they also did our master bath countertop. They did a great job. They have a great deal on additional rooms if you pick a remanent from there shop. The staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions and making decisions. The staff who removed and installed were great.

 + 0 moreCrowley was very prompt and responsive. Their prices are competitive and they guarantee the timing of the countertops which I really like (6 days from template to installation). I was in a really tight time-schedule to get things arranged and they accommodated me by rushing my bids when I needed them to. Our countertops aren't yet in, as of this report, but they've been great with everything so far.

 + -1 moreThere were definitely a lot of communication problems in trying to get a correct estimate and schedule the work. I got voice-mail almost every time I called them and then by the time I got their return voice-mail they had gone home for the day. But, once everything was set it went seamlessly. They showed up on time for the template/measurements. The installation was done the exact number of days after the template that they advertise. The installation was flawless. All of their field personnel were courteous and professional. The countertops look as good as we hoped they would.

 + 0 moreCrowley's was one of three granite installers I called and the only one who would actually come to the house to do the estimate. Their price was competitve so we went with them. They co-ordinated the removal and reinstallation of the counters, appliances, plumbing etc. We chose a different granite after the estimate was done. This involved needing another slab as the slabs were a different size. Since this difference wasn't caught until a week before the installation, Crowley's covered the cost of the third slab. Their honesty, integrity, efficiency, and expertise impressed us very much. The installation involved 3-1/2 very long days but the workmen were easy to have around and did their jobs as quickly and as proficiently as possible. The kitchen and the laundry are beautiful. Changing the counters is messy, time consuming, and very stressful but Crowley's made the whole process as pleasant as possible. We would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Our eight year old kitchen had white tile counters and backsplash with white grout. It was almost impossible to keep clean. The sink was above the counter with the faucet, soap dispenser, etc. behind which were also difficult to keep clean. We wanted to switch to slab granite and new tile backsplash. The laundry counters also were changed to slab granite. We installed new sinks, faucets, disposal, instant hot, soap dispensers, etc.

THE SEAMS ARE STILL PERFECT, THE COUNTERS HAVE NEVER STAINED OR SCRATCHED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON THE FABRICATION. EXCELLENT JOB ON THE INSTALLATION. THE BRACKETS THEY HAD DESIGNED FOR THE BAR ARE PERFECT IN FUNCTION AND FORM. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CROWLEYS TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS A NEW KITCHEN. EVERYONE I WORKED WITH FROM THE FRONT DESK, TO SALES (THANK YOU DEAN), TO AARON HIMSELF AND HIS INSTALLERS WERE WONDERFUL. MY INSTALLERS WERE VERY CAREFUL AS WELL AS CLEAN & VERY POLITE. I LOVE THESE GUYS! AFTER WORKING WITH THEM I WOULD HAVE REGRETTED WORKING WITH ANYONE ELSE! They do tend to have a tight schedule, but working with them is worth the wait! Their prices were great for the product we received. This is a great all American company. They didn't just want to please me, but they wanted to please God in the way they treated me.
Description of Work: Crowley's installed over 80sf of beautiful quartz kitchen countertops. We wanted a bar that would appear to float over glass blocks without bulky brackets. Dean our salesman really really went the extra mile to have special brackets engineered to support the weight of stone countertop, but be virtually invisible for a bar countertop. We have soft curving lines on the island and bar and the fabrication job Crowleys did on my kitchen is spectacular! They also installed two sinks and drilled faucet holes. The installers were very careful and did a beautiful job on all the seams.

 + -1 moreThe second company had a bid back to me in 48 hours. After 3 days, I called Crowley's & left a message on their machine. No one called me back, so after 2 more days, I tried again. Still just a voice mail & no call back. I finally gave up & went with company #2. The next day, I got a faxed bid from Crowley's. The price was better by $ 750.00, but I wonder if they would have ever gotten around to actually doing the job since they were too busy to answer their phones. I never responded to their bid & haven't heard from them since.
Description of Work: I requested a written bid from this company and one other. The second company responded in 2 days. The work involved making & installing solid granite countertops at the Ore. coast.

VERY POLITE AND THE PRICE BEAT SEVERAL OF THEIR COMPETITORS. WE HAD A FEW COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS ABOUT WHAT THEY COULD ACCOMPLISH IN A DAY BUT THEY EFFECTIVELY DEALT WITH MY CONCERNS.

 + -1 moreOVERALL VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THE HARDEST PART WAS THE SELECTION OF THE GRANITE. ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE IT WAS A VERY DIRTY JOB -- THE REMOVAL OF THE TILE AND THE CUTTING OF THE GRANITE WAS A MESSY JOB, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB WITH CLEAN-UP.
Description of Work: KITCHEN TILE WAS REMOVED, AND GRANITE WAS INSTALLED. THE JOB TOOK APPROXIMATELY FOUR DAYS, THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RELIABLE. NEW SINK, DISPOSAL WAS ALSO INSTALLED DURING THIS PROCESS AND THEY REFERRED US TO A PLUMBER WHO DOES THEIR WORK. OVERALL, VERY PLEASED AND HAPPY WITH THE WORK. AARON CROWLEY CAME TO GIVE US THE BID, CHECKED ON THE WORK DURING THE INSTALLATION AND FOLLOW-UP AFTER THE INSTALLATION TO SURE WORK WAS SATISFACTORY.
