Description of Work: They replaced my old, outdated kitchen countertop with granite. They did a great job, were wonderful to work with and did the work on time and made the whole process easy and quick with little down time for using my kitchen.

Description of Work: They did all the counter tops in our kitchen and both our full baths. They also did a back splash of split granite as well. The whole process was amazing. The people that came to do the work were always the same high level of courteous and friendly. When we did run into an issue or two they handled it gracefully and without any additional charge. If I ever have another house or find a new table that needs to be covered in stone, I'm calling these guys and no one else.

Description of Work: We chose Crowley's do our small kitchen counters project. We had never done granite before so the whole experience was very new to us and a massive learning experience. Crowley's did everything they could to make the process simple and easy to understand. They answered all our questions quickly and were very helpful when we had questions about certain stones. The quality of the work is amazing, you can't even see the seem! We are very happy with Crowley's and would definitely use them again. The quality and service is worth any difference in cost (if there even is one).

Description of Work: The installed granite in my kitchen and my guest bathroom. Installation was great. Their method of laser (I think) measuring meant that my rooms were only unworkable for three days. One for the granite install, one for the plumbing, and one for the appliance install.

Description of Work: Crowley sent a representative to our home who provided a thorough description of the process as well as recommendations for potential sources of granite. I was especially appreciative of the consistent support and communication throughout the process. We were able to select our granite, view the facility and process and assist in the layout. Everyone from office staff and installers were very professional. Our home was left clean during the three day process and we were very satisfied. I would highly recommend this Crowley's to others.

Description of Work: Crowley's came in, measured my old kitchen countertops and then, after I had chosen the new granite top I wanted, they came in one day day and removed the old countertops and returned the next day and installed the new granite tops. It was done quickly and efficiently and I was inconvenienced very little. I was able to use my kitchen the whole time, except for one afternoon and evening. I was back up and running in my kitchen by the following afternoon. The workers were courteous, helpful, and focused on what they were doing. They did a very professional job and I would use them again in an instant.

Description of Work: They put new granite countertops in my kitchen. They were wonderful! No down time in my kitchen except for one night. They measured and pre-cut the granite so I only had to take the stuff directly under the counter out of my kitchen for the day of installation. They came in, took the old counter out, put the new counter in and tah-dah, it was done and beautiful. Lita in the office and the guys who came to the house to do the installation were all great. I had one minor problem a few weeks later which they came and fixed right away (my dishwasher wasn't stuck to the counter well enough). It was a great experience and I would use them again in an instant.

Description of Work: Everyone I dealt with was very nice,and seemed to have a good sense of humor. We needed a bit extra tending because we had difficulty fitting a kitchen sink faucet that we did not anticipate so extra holes were needed at a later date. Crowley's followed through with coming and drilling without any extra charge or attitude. I would highly recommend these folks! The work is beautifully done! I am very happy with the way my counters look.
