Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in living room & hallway & treated with spray like "Scotch Guard".I like them because the carpet is dry within about 2 hrs. If you find a place they did not clean as good as you thought they will come back & retreat at no cost. I have used then for several years.

+ -1 moreThey did a very nice job and were very pleasant to deal with. The carpets looked better than with some other companies we have used in the past. Plus, the carpets dried much more quickly, which was very nice. The downside is their pricing was quite high compared to other companies.

Description of Work: We have many carpet cleaners and found none that are very good at completely removing stains. This company does have a special treatment they do for pet urine though, and we have been very pleased with that treatment. I had to call them back once, but they returned in a timely manner and re-did it. They got the smell out pretty good.

+ -1 moreThey did a wonderful job of getting up our pet urine as we have a little dog that has lots of accidents. They were honest in they wanted to pre-treat and return the next day to do the clean but, we were unable to do that, so they pre-treated the entire house and then went back in a cleaned. They were able to clean up a lot of the urine. We are very happy with the results.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in my entire house and mother-in-law cottage.

+ -1 moreIT WAS FINE. IT WASN'T OVERWHELMINGLY GREAT. IT DIDN'T GET AS CLEAN AS THE LAST TIME AND THIS TIME IT JUST DIDN'T STAY AS CLEAN AS LONG. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT AND THEY WERE VERY NICE.
