+ -1 moreAs I said above, there was a problem at the time of installation. The details are fuzzy but I do remember it required a return trip on the part of the installer. However, we did receive a discount.
Description of Work: Nicole Kypreos sat down with me and spent, if I remember right, two hours going over my master bedroom closet space. We looked at how much clothing my husband and I had, what was stored in other closets, what clothes we wear most, shoes, etc. Most designers just wanted to know how big the space was and how we thought it should be organized. Nicole took the time to educate me, actually look at my clothing before designing the system. I would highly recommend her. Only caveat, make sure they measure the front and the back of the closet. Due to our home being older the measurements weren't quite right at the time of installation. The installer let me know about it as soon as he realized there was a problem and came up with a solution. I still love my new closet 10, almost 11 months later. It makes me smile every time I look at it!

William came to the house and took measurements and designed the unit. he was very friendly and in tune with what we wanted. it was a quick turn around for install. Eric and Brian were our installers. they were very clean and also professional. everyone weve been in contact with from California Closets has made this a really good experience. recommended!

+ -1 moreIt was excellent. We work with several different contractors trying to completely redesign and California Closets always finds a way to get to you. They figured out how to do everything we wanted and nobody else could do that. Their designer, Karina, just impressed us like crazy. She's very professional and creative. Their installation team, after everything was built was also great so I would say use them.
