Greg has been doing our annual backflow tests for several years now. Tests are scheduled/performed promptly and test results are reported directly to the City of Tualatin. One year, we forgot to schedule our backflow test until the testing deadline had passed. Greg got out to do the test immediately and hand carried the test results to the city that day!

We selected this company because they were highly rated on Angies List. Many of the companies approved were not rated. We collaborated with two neighbors, and called the company and arranged for the installation. They did not have any problem with our collaboration, and did all three in about an hour for a reasonable price.

Took four phone calls to get this task completed. Initiated contact with Greg mid-month in May 2007, and after 4 phone calls inquiring the status (as I was told after contacting him that the testing would be done the following day) the testing was actually done on 31 May 2007.

I call him Mon., 10/16/06, to ask him to do the required annual inspection. He said, "I'll be out sometime this week." On Friday 10/20 I called him at 8:30am to ask if he was still planning to come this week. I left the message on his answering machine. He did not reply. I called again at 4:10 PM. No reply. Mon., 10/23, I left a message to call me ASAP or I would get someone else. Tue, 10/24 at 10:20 AM he called. Said his helper was supposed to have been out. He'd call him and call me back. He called back and said he would come that afternoon to do the test. He showed up and did the test. He said he'd mail me the papers and invoice and FAX the report to Beaverton; I should have them Friday. They didn't come. Tue, 11/7, I called Beaverton City to see if they had gotten the report. They hadn't. I called Greg, he said he faxed Beaverton 10/24 and mailed to me 10/31. Neither of us got anything. Beaverton finally got the fax 11/14. It had been due 11/1. I finally got my copy in the mail.
