Unfortunately our heat pump is old enough to consider replacement. The heat pump was serviced and an interim solution was found so we can arrange that purchase at a later date.

We couldn't be more pleased. Everything went smoothly. The only thing to know going in is that this company deals in cash/check only. They invoice you after the job is completed. The savings on equipment and the excellent service make it well worth it.

They do great work and are punctual and on time. They are a great company to work with. I will continue to use them and I am very pleased with their service.

We have had multiple problems with the furnace, leading to multiple service calls without resolution of the problem. It's not until we finally had another company came out before we realized how poorly everything was done. Unfortunately we found out the hard way--three years of repeated service calls and expenses. Probably our fault for trusting them too much, so maybe other members won't make the same mistake.

We were happy with Dj at first but we're surprised at how high the bill was. Especially since DJ tried to fix the vent one way unsuccessfully, then had to change tactics and that took a lot of time. We were billed for all of those hours. Dj rigged an alternate filter system that he said would be superior but he was wrong and another workman had to come out and re-install the original filter system. It was pretty easy to do but I was annoyed that I was advised to filter the furnace in a way that wasn't efficient. When I got the bill, I called and complained about all the hours that I had been charged and Jeff reduced the bill by one hour. To get the vent installed in the basement bedroom, it took a good two weeks to get the estimator to come out and give us an estimate. I'm not sure what the hold up was. But the work was done efficiently and we were charged exactly what the job had been estimated for.

Very good. Checked freon level and added a small amount. Gave lots of great tips on AC operation. Right on time, very professional, and a very fair price. I would sure hire them again.

ARROW MECHANICAL ORIGINALLY INSTALLED OUR FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING. WE WERE HAVING TROUBLE WITH THE FURNACE NOT STARTING. SERVICE CALL WAS DONE AND FLAME SENSOR WAS CLEANED.
