The service was A+. The workers were excellent, hard-working and good problem solvers. They gave me exactly what I needed. They are very knowledgeable and prompt. They were reasonably priced. They were good. They gave us a lot of special attention to meet the heating needs of a complex structural addition.

We had a HVAC system installed when we remodeled in 2008. Because our initial contractor has moved on to 'greener pastures' we asked him to refer us to a company that could deal with the issues that our house presents. After some research he referred us to Accurate Heating. The owner, Michael Blackmon, agreed they would come up and look at the system he installed. He also agreed to take us on as a customer. This began one month ago. The initial contractor and Accurate had exchanged numerous emails before deciding mutually acceptable date. Today, two days before their appointment, Accurate sent an email saying they were no longer interested in taking on our business because they had a larger contract and no longer had the technicians. I understand the realities of business and scheduling. I also understand what is not professional. If you decide to use them in the future please be careful.

Had issue with furnace not igniting. Called Accurate heating and they scheduled appt. that same day. Gave me a specific time not a time window in which the service tech would be there and he was even a few minutes early. Service tech was friendly and professional. Problem turned out to be a loose wire connection. Fixed the problem and examined furnace for any other issue. Even though furnace was 20+ years old, I was told it was in good shape. Did not try and sell me new furnace or extra repairs. Very pleased with their response and service. Would definitely use them again
