Had to pay an additional $200 because he said my roof was more than 2000sf.

Very well. The young man who did the work was very thorough. He was also very polite and personable.

Very well! Excellent experience. I paid additional because of the height and pitch of the roof but the costs were reasonable and presented before work commenced. The cleaning resulted in the loosening of some of the shingles which, when discovered a couple of weeks later, he returned promptly and fixed without charge.

Xtreme was VERY thorough. They took their time and did a great job. They communicated during the process so I could make decisions. Would certainly recommend them.

Very well. My only minor complaint is that they could have cleaned up a little more around the house after they completed the cleaning.

Best job I've ever had done by any roof cleaner -- bar none. Roof looks brand new.

Offer was for same (aside from drive/porch powerwash), but had to be 5/12 pitched roofs, for under $400? Turned out, my roof pitches were 6/12 and 7/12 (1600 sq. ft. home and was informed by vendor that the roof surface did not equal that) and had to pay extra for brush-off, as well. Powerwash was fairly well-done, but still have moss starts on driveway. I'll take care of that myself. Overall cost: $650. Very courteous, the both of them. I'm happy with it, just thought it wouldn't be so expensive. Oh, he did fix a popped nail and tarred it, free of charge, fyi.

They were very good and finished everything within the span of time, professional. The price is right. It is highly recommendable.

It went fine. There was an additional $175.00 charge for more square footage than allowed by the special I was using. It was done relatively quickly. It was a rather messy process, so I needed to do some cleanup after they left.

They inspected the roof and there was a small, reasonable upcharge for removing the existing moss, which hadn't been included in the deal I purchased. They used a leaf blower, a "soft wash" pressure washer, and chemicals, and when they were done a few hours later it looked brand new. They estimated the roof should last another 10 years. In addition to cleaning up all debris and putting it in the yard bin, they even pressure washed our deck and driveway, and gently sprayed my car! They also applied a canister of moss treatment I had afterwards for free. RECOMMENDED.

Good communication: had to reschedule several times due to snow storms. He responded to texts, phone calls, emails in a timely fashion. He explained process to me, showing pics of roof damage on his phone. Skilled and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again.

He was awesome. It was my virgin trip because my husband passed away and he always did it so basically, I don't know how much. But they did what they said they would do and my son said it was a good price. I would give them a straight A if they would do it for free, but we know they can't do that. He was supposed to be here between 7 and 8 and they were here at 7:20. I was shocked, it was so cold out. I thought it was just one guy and at the end there was another guy and I don't know where he came from. I was locked in the house cause they were tromping around on the roof and I trying to keep the dog from yap yapping. It took them about 6 hours. They cleaned up beautifully, there's no more green crap on my roof. They did better than my husband could have done. They even power aired my deck. They were neat as a pin. I was so glad they came.

He not only thoroughly cleaned out my gutters and all the moss off my roof, but he patched bare areas of my roof to prevent leaking until I'm able to replace it in the future. I felt completely taken care of and he answered all of my questions, explaining his process and how to care for my roof moving forward.

The person seem to be very knowledgeable. Half a day or something like that and then our insurance came out a few days later and checked it and they were also completely satisfied.

We had concerns about our roof being further damaged by power washing. We asked that they use brushes, cover the plants and do some minor patching to damaged shingles. We paid him additional monies to have the work done to our specifications. It was well worth a bit more for meeting our needs. The snow storm caused several schedule changes but we stayed in communication and worked to find a date that worked for us both. I would recommend them and plan to use them for another treatment in a year or two depending on how the anti-moss treatments holds up this next year.

Alex came out, gave me an estimate, and he and another got on that roof and worked for several hours, finishing up in the dark cleaning and treating. I was so impressed with the thoroughness of the labor. I finished with, "So, same time next year, please?" (!)

They were fairly on time on a Sunday morning and were done in 3 1/2 hours and cleaned up the site well and we're looking peasant to work with other than the on site sticker shock

My only disappointment was that work was started before a firm price was received. Otherwise, the quality of work and service was excellent.

Good, only complaint was waiting a couple months for the work to be performed.
