This was all done during some difficult winter weather. And he was persistent in completing the job.

Although it did cost me more than the quoted offer because of the square footage of the roof (there was a warning of that possibility in the deal details) he was fair, professional and did a good job. I would hire him again.

Very good, but I did not read the fine print close enough and it ended up costing me an extra $200.00. I was over the allotted 1500 sq ft. I do not blame the company, but it was a surprise. Next time I will read the fine print deal a little closer. Still was an excellent job, but high.

Before any job is performed we let you know up front the extra charges. That gives you the option to back out or proceed. I take my reviews very serious so anything less than A is not my standards. I apologize but it was stated on the fine print also gutters had screen guards but no charge was made.Fine print does state if gutters have guards there is a charge. 0 charge for that. Roof exceeded 1800 sq.ft and brushing fee was applied. Thank you

Excellent job performed. Alex explained the job that he was going to performed before he start the job, inspected the roof before started and explained what he found and showed me pictures that he took during his inspection of the roof. When job was completed Alex showed me pictures before and after the cleaning of the roof and gutters.

Communication was professional, Work ethic was great. Work product was very satisfactory.
Description of Work: Our roof is over 20 years old and has not had moss cleaning in the past. Alex worked on our roof for 6 hours with a low pressure wash. The roof looks excellent now. He repaired the flashing around the chimney for an extra charge. He was very professional, on time, went right to work, worked **** ** the roof. He cleaned everything before leaving and the yard and house were left clean without any mess. I would recommend him to others and would hire him again for other projects.

Everything went fine. The roof was 20yrs old and never washed or treated and loaded with moss.

Well - I will use Alex again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Alex performed an excellent cleaning job on my roofs (house and garage), gutters and sky lights. He was very thorough and careful with our roofs to not cause damage to the shingles as had occurred with previous cleaners and detailers who power washed the shingles. Alex uses a gentler, but thorough cleaning method to remove all moss. He applied a moss retardant which he adjusted to the weather that day and roof condition.

Excellent. Alex was able to come out less that 24 hours after I purchased the deal which was absolutely extraordinary and he did a wonderful job. He was also really great about explaining what he did and what he saw as well as giving us maintenance tips to help save money.

Alex did an amazing job he explained everything and why it needed to be done he threw in a few extra things and didn't charge me for it he went over and Beyond and I was very very happy with his work

Our roof has never looked better! Many stubborn stains on it have completely disappeared. We were so pleased with their initial cleaning of our roof we asked them back again. We will continue to use them again each year. I'd highly recommend them.

He spent over 7 hours cleaning the roof. Cleaned off all of the moss using a low pressure wash system. He cleaned all of the gutters and downspouts. Cleaned up all debris before he left.

Description of Work: He put chemical for moss removing on the roof and on the shed. Then he washed it off. He brushed off the moss. The job was advertised to cost $350, but he added $200 extra because he said the roof was steeper than allowed for in the contract (I have an average type roof for a single story house) and the roof was larger than allowed for on the contract (my house is 1900 square feet approx and the contract only allowed for 1600 sq. feet). Brushing off the moss was an extra charge also. I would have been happier if I had known the REAL COST at the time of arranging the contract with Angies List. The work was professionally done.
