 + -1 moreThe new furnace was installed on Dec. 15th by Michael and Casey. They arrived on-time, installed the furnace on that day as they had assured me, did a great job and covered what to expect and how best to operate this new 95% efficient variable speed furnace. Michael then covered the warranty info, thorough instructions on how to operate the new programmable thermostat and how often and when to have maintenance completed. They were very efficient, capable and friendly in completing the installation of my furnace. I would highly recommend using Michael's Mecanical Service in the future.
Description of Work: I received a bid for a new furnace from Michael's Mechanical for a 95% Variable speed furnace . The furnace was then installed including all the necessary piping and new thermastat as was quoted in the bid on the day we agreed on. It is a much better furnace and smoother running furnace than the one that was there before.

 + -1 moreSince, to our knowledge, our unit had never been cleaned over a 10 year period, it took him some time to clean everything up by scrubbing throughly. He spent about an hour cleaning and checking the freon levels. We feel he did a good job and we will have him back. I only marked him down a little under "responsiveness" since we had to wait until the weather cooperated before he could perform his services.
