FLANNERY'S HAULING DROP BOX

We've used Flannery's twice, and on both occasions they were fantastic. Firstly, they were amazingly responsive. I called them about a drop box on a Thursday evening, and we had it at the house on Friday morning. Despite having a tricky driveway with a telephone pole positioned somewhat inconveniently, I was pleasantly surprised that their driver was able to get the box all the way up our driveway (and later out again) without damaging anything. They were also the most reasonably priced provider for a 10-yard box. At the time of service, their 10-yard was cheaper than most 4-yards from other companies. I hope I never need another garbage container this size, but if I do, we'll be calling Flannery's again.

This company was deceptive. We ordered a 20 yard drop box for yard waste. The cost was approximately $250. What they didn't tell us is that there is an overage charge if you actually fill the box. the total weight of our yard waste was 5000 lbs. The bin was full. They said 3000 lbs of that was overage and charged us an extra $97. We called upon receiving the bill to try to reason with them. They would not budge.

It went well-- would use again

They did really well and they are good. They are very quick at finding out the modified location when its put in wrong location with the box and they is extra charge for it. They are very good and only negative thing is the boxes are everywhere. The boxes are expensive. I will use them in future.
