Clean & Green Landscape Maintenance

I first learned about Clean & Green Landscape Maintenance from a deal offered on Angie's List. Prior to purchasing the deal, I called the office and had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs. Sester who was very friendly, kind, and informative. Our conversation felt as if I was talking to a personal friend. I also received a call from Dave who answered all my questions and immediately put me at ease..After speaking to Dave, I purchased the deal. Dave also sent a follow up email with the names of the crew and the approximate time they would arrive. The crew was also very professional, listened to all my requests, and answered all my questions.They informed me when they were finished and walked with me around the front and backyard, to ensure that I was pleased, before leaving. Since this visit, I have contacted Dave and signed an annual maintenance agreement. I highly recommend this company for their professionalism, honesty, and eagerness to meet the customer's needs at the most economical price.

This is the second year we have used this company. Last year, they returned to us control of an old established, terrifically overgrown yard, and the weeding was done so well that "touch up" was pretty much all that was necessary this year. Work efficiently and always with a smile. Completely clean when they leave. Excellent results every time. We plan to make this an annual event.

The above doesn't sound like much until you realize it was an absolute jungle, front and back. They gave me more time than I had actually paid for; attitudes were friendly; they attacked the job non-stop. They actually removed some underlying fabric that was no longer stopping weeds but WAS making a dense carpet under the ground. I hadn't realized that it was what was preventing me from spading through. They cleaned up after themselves very neatly and hauled the debris. I am in love with my yard again.

Very professional. Prompt response. I liked their work so well, that I hired them for weekly yard work. They are there on the days I request, and hen my grass had an issue pointed it out and offered a treatment. And it made a big difference. So glad that I found there name on Angie's list.

They do an excellent job of mowing and edging. It always looks very nice. I do feel they charge a bit much for weeding.

These guys were great! They arrived on time, got to work immediately and finished within a reasonable time. The lawn had been very tall and over grown. The weeds were in every plant area and they got it all! Very professional!

Dave was very professional and responsive to my requests. He was courteous on the phone and punctual. He didn't flinch when I asked him if he could do some seriously unpleasant tasks-removing vegetation from under a deck and removing dried and thick wisteria vines from a tree. I wasn't sure if we had enough work to make the Angie's Deal worth while, but we definitely did. He checked in after completing the list I gave him, which ended up being a bit over the 8 hour coupon deal, but he gave me the coupon price for the additional time. He and his crew did a fabulous job! I will definitely call Clean and Green again!

It was amazing. I didn't know that so much could be accomplished in 2 hours of work. They were prompt, constantly industrious and very pleasant to talk to. They are returning next week to work some more. I'll probably use them several more times this summer, too.

This was a coupon deal for spring yard work I purchased for my Sister. She's older and has a large yard which she tries to maintain herself, but the task is overwhelming. Dave contacted me by email hours after I purchased the Deal. We exchanged a couple emails describing what we needed done and giving him a time range that would work for us. A couple days later he called and we confirmed a day and time. Communication was great. The day of the work Dave called as he finished an earlier job and gave an exact time of his arrival. Dave and his helper showed up on time, went over the job with my Sister and went to work. The job consisted of edging along all the walks, defining the edges of all flower beds, plantings and fences (this hasn't been done for years), raking out and cleaning up the debris and a complete mowing. Dave and his helper work hard and fast. The job turned out better than my Sister had hoped for. Overall we were both pleased with Dave and the entire job, start to finish.

Dave promptly replied to emails and was quick to contact me to schedule the yard service. He was able to come out a week later and completely cleaned up our front yard, pulling weeds & edging the lawn. He was also able to get quite a bit of work done in our backyard, too. We have had several compliments on our yard & would definitely consider calling them again for service.

Dave is a very hard working professional that came out 2weeks ahead of work to review project and completed all ask over the time frame I purchased on Angie's list

The guys came out literally at the last moment, worked all day in the pouring rain, and hauled away dozens of bags of dead leaves, pine cones, tree branches, dead plants, and general yard ook. They were very careful to make sure of what I wanted and then worked all day to deliver. They were great!

Responsive, fast scheduling, even though he was busy w/ Angie's List Big Deal promo. Dave and his crew were conscientious around certain plants that I didn't want touched, and others that I wanted removed. They worked hard. I am happy to suppor this independent family-owned small business.

These guys are great, they do my lawn in the summer. The day they came it was pouring rain and they didn't skip a beat. Ugly overgrown lilacs came out and finally the last of the blackberries were gone! They mowed and cleaned up the fallen leaves. Excellent! They will continue to do my lawn

We really liked him. He was really good. Dave called up and he came when he said he was going to. He did the services and we hired him again to do more work. We would hire him again.

Dave and his crew came on time on the day that was previously scheduled and worked hard for 5 hours. They were even able to clean up more than was originally planned in the estimate. Dave was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be calling him in the future for my yard maintenance.

The owner was professional and arrived on time when providing the estimate, but there was a bit of a disconnect when the workers actually came to do the work. They didn't seem to have a clear idea of what needed to be done.

I sent Dave at Clean & Green an email and he responded quickly that the work could be done later the same week. We agreed on Wednesday at 7:45 - 8am and he came on time with a helper. Dave and I walked the yard so he would know what I was hoping to have done. My yard has many shrubs, trees and bushes that were very overgrown and needed cut back and trimmed. They did a great job!! Dave was very professional and easy to talk with. I will definitely use Dave in the future.

This is an additional review after having Clean & Green do Lawn & Yard work weekly for the past 3 months. When I hired Clean & Green, my primary concern was to have someone visit my home on a consistent basis and take care of anything that detracted from the appearance of my yard. Clean & Green has done that to the fullest extent. Someone comes out every week and attends to whatever needs to be done. When they began, my lawn was in a very bad state after having suffered many months of hit or miss lawn care. Clean & Green turned that around quickly and has maintained the good condition of my yard. Their work is very detailed and complete. Things like weeding are not done on some sort of schedule or when they accumulate to certain level. Each week, the weeds are removed, the edges are trimmed, etc... I am left with yard that always looks like someone just stopped by and took care of business.

Promptly came out to give an estimate and scheduled to do the work within a week. His work and price was excellent. During the estimate process, he gave me tips on the various shrubs and their needs. Our shrubs were a mess. Now they are beautiful - ready for a Better Homes & Gardens shoot. He left blooms wherever possible. I would use him for any landscaping work I have in the future. PLUS - he is a very pleasant man.

Phoned him and he answered the phone promptly. Then came out the next day to give us a bid!! We appreciated that because we had called another service first and that company would not ever pick up the phone and then called us when we weren't home a couple days later. Never could connect with that other company. The morning of the bid from Clean and Green, I got a phone call telling me that he was running about 15 minute late. He was at our house in 15 minutes!I was told that if I bought a package on line through this site, that I could get a discount. (Which I did)! He gave me a bid right on the spot and I drew out a map for him of exactly what I wanted done so that there would be agreement. We set up a time about a week and half out as we were going out of town. He came out on the prearranged day and finished it in one day. There was some extra bark dust so he spread it out free of charge. Out yard looks like a park!!

They did a good job. The price was $300.00 but we used an Angie's List coupon. I would use them again but they don't actually service our area. It was a special.

They came out on time, and worked very hard, doing extensive weeding/edging in our yard. They were very neat, thorough and efficient. They removed the yard debris for a marginal charge. Overall, they were GREAT and they did an excellent job. I would recommend them without hesitation and would definitely use them again!

David is very pleasant to work with. He was prompt to respond to our request for a quote, knowledgeable, and thorough. Our house is old, and the oversized lot had become overrun by weeds, blackberry and morning glory vines, and overgrown and unruly bushes. The project was long, tedius, and showery, but David and his crew (who are also very pleasant) set their sites solely on getting the job done. They left the yard immaculate, with even the driveway and all paths swept. Wonderful experience. Worth every penny.
