I went through the regular stuff with checking companies with the contractor's Board & I decided on this company even though it was not listed with Angie's List. I did get another bid from a company that was listed & highly recommended. But, the bid was higher than I wanted & did not include the garage door & opener. So, I was able to get the work done with Cashatt Construction including the garage door & opener for less money. The workers were mostly Spanish speaking workers but they always had someone on site that could speak English. They were very hard workers & skilled. Some of the younger ones were learning the craft & received guidance from the best, Luis. The windows were installed without any delay that would cause discomfort. They would remove one & install one immediately. The front door was installed with two sidelights, which was assembled at the factory. I noticed the gap on the latch side was not right. The factory sent out a representative within a week to check it out, & within a couple more days their field repairman came and did a very good job of correcting the error. There was some sheet rock work that needed to be done on the inside that was done by a very good man with no problems. The garage door was installed by a subcontractor quickly & efficiently & a new opener installed at the same time. The siding was removed & disposed of. The new siding was installed with new paper underneath & the siding itself I was very pleased with. It looks like wood.
