+ 0 moreMostly OK, but I was assured that they would deal with the ivy, as requested in quote. When trying to trim the ivy one of the workers fell. He said he couldn’t get to where he needed, but he would talk to his boss about spraying the ivy instead. He said his boss would tell him when he could do that. I didn’t hear from him until he returned to do monthly maintenance. Still no update on finishing the ivy. I emailed Brian and he said he couldn’t spray because of stream, HOA, etc. I wrote back that there is no HOA and never heard from him again. I was foolish to pay in full without having the job completed. At the very least the ivy should have been cut at the base of the third tree. That never happened and the ivy continues to grow up the tree. No solutions or help were offered at all. He clearly doesn’t care about customer service.
