We were selling our house and were under a time constraint for getting the small leak fixed under our house. Apollo came out the same day that I called, inspected problem, had parts in van and fixed the leak while I waited. There response was excellent and I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Apollo!!!!

He was so kind. He was very prompt. He was there very early. He cleaned up his messes.

My experience with this company was awful. The temperature gauge in my shower was not working properly. The first plumber they sent out told me that I needed a cartridge replaced. Later he said that he ordered it for me. Then left the company. Never heard back and the office gal said nothing was ordered. The second plumber told me that he thought the part was unavailable and would get back to me with an alternate solution and a bid. I waited several weeks. Due to an illness in his family I was given a third plumber. He was supposed to show up between 10 and 12. At 1:30 I called and was told that they did not know when he would arrive. The president of the company was not very apologetic, especially in light of the six week delay. I declined to wait all day for the third plumber. Bottom line: I would never hire this company under any circumstances. If the owner doesn't care about customer service, then the employees don't either.

Brian came very quickly. He was professional and fixed the problem.

Paul was on time and very helpful, informative, and very professional. If we have any future plumbing needs, we will call him first.

We are new to Oregon and didn't know a plumber to call when our line started backing up. Out of the 3 we called from the yellow pages, Apollo Drain & Rooter Service was the only one willing to quote us over the phone. Their prices also turned out to be the least expensive. Apollo's service technician specialist, Ray, was very friendly and knowledgeable; he found & corrected the problem right away. We've definitely found our plumber!

On time. Removed shoes at door without being asked. Worked quickly. Took a smoke break at his truck during his visit. Toilet appears to be fixed.

Today was the appointment and at 9:15 when Troy hadn't shown up I called and was told he was out on an emergency call and she would have him call me. When he called he said he could probably be here by Noon. When I questioned how an all day job could be done in half the time that was quoted he could not answer that to my satisfaction. I decided that I didn't want to do business with he. I felt I should have been called to explain why he was late and what I wanted to do.

They stand head and shoulders above the competition, at least the companies I've used in the past. The technician took the time when he finished to show me how to use an enzyme to keep my drains cleaned. He did not pressure me into buying it from him. I thought it was a good idea, so I bought it.

I called to get a price for work. Was given an hourly rate. When Rich came out he said that snaking the drain might not take care of the problem he suggested another method that used power and water to flush the pipes. We had to make another appointment for him to pick-up the special equipment. He said he'd arrive between 10-12 the following day. He arrived at 1:30. He was only able to clear one drain. The second drain appeared to have a blockage about 40 feet out. He said we would need camera work to find out what was blocking it. We declined so he said we could divert the run off. We were given a set price of 190.00 for the work with the new equipment. He was at the house for 1 hour.

Before we hired Apollo, we had hired three companies to clear our drain (175 feet from house to city sewer). We had been charged well over $200 each time. Apollo Drain was the FIRST to do the job correctly. They let us know of another problem and how to fix it ourselves and save $!!

THE FIRST TIME THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY FIGURED OUT THE PROBLEM AND FIXED IT. THEY WERE VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. THE SECOND TIME IT WAS A BATHTUB DRAIN ISSUE. THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING, BUT THE DRAIN I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE ALSO PROFESSIONAL. HE WAS A REALLY, REALLY NICE GUY.

THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL. THEY TRY TO FORCE YOU INTO ORDERING AND PAYING FOR EXPENSIVE SERVICES THAT CAN BE PROVIDED BY THE CITY OR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. WHEN YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE SERVICES THEY CALL AND HARASS YOU. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I AM GLAD TO GIVE THIS OPINION.

THIS WAS A VERY DIFFICULT TIME FOR US BECAUSE WE LOST A VERY LARGE TREE AND OUR PIPES FROZE UNDERNEATH OUR HOUSE DURING AN ICE STORM. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET THEM OUT DUE TO THE STRAIN ON THEIR SERVICES, BUT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE.
