It went very well and very quickly. He came in and assessed the problem. I had originally called about the kitchen sink only, then asked him to take a look at the bathroom sink as it was not responding to unclogging products.

All of the projects have gone very well. We consistently use them.

Sewer backed up due to break. Excellent job in replacing sewer with minimal invasiveness. Pretty punctual. Cleaned up well. Their plumbing contractor rerouted our kitchen output line in an afternoon. Only problem was in the cement work on the slab drain inside. It had to be redone because the cement crumbled.

Great, called in the early afternoon and they came that same day, did a great job, were quick and cost effective.

(04/16/2010) An unfortunate negative experience. Plumber replaced water supply lines, connecting them to new fixtures. One of the water lines began leaking and dripping water onto cabinets and floor. Appears nut at water fixture simply not tightened sufficiently. Plumber returned to replace water line and gave runaround as to why they had to charge again to replace the line they had just replaced. Apollo refused to waive hourly charge ($96) or ($14) parts. After having used Apollo for everything from hot water heater replacement, to drain and fixture repairs and recent emergency service, this was disappointing service call. UPDATE (05/24/2010) A satisfied customer once again - Apollo investigated the situation after reviewing the Angie report and reimbursed the hourly charge. Thank you, Apollo.

They were very good. They are a first-class operation and they are very efficient. They aren?t the cheapest but they are probably the best.

Recieved a telephone call from Jesse the week before the scheduled appointment. Jesse stated that he was "in a bind". A church had a sewer line that had failed and couldn't use their facilities. He asked if we could reschedule. I agreed and we rescheduled to the following week (12/28/09 The following week, the owner of the company called to say that Jesse was sick and so they couldn't do the work during the scheduled time. So we rescheduled again. Work finally started 1/4/10 (if I remember the dates correctly). Holes were dug at my house (Monday) then equipment was moved to another house to dig. Pipe was installed at my house (Tuesday, I think but could have been Wed.) then left for city inspection. Jesse stated that inspection could happen on Wed but could be pushed to Thursday. I asked that he call Wed morning by 9:00am to tell me if inspection would happen. If not, I would lock my back gate and head to work. I called Jesse at 10 on Wednesday because he failed to call. He then told me that inspection would not happen until Thursday. Thursday or Friday the holes were backfilled. The three day job was extended a bit. Concrete was poured sometime that weekend. I ended up missing more work that expected and waited for a call longer than needed. But they did a good job and left the area clean.

It was inside the house. They checked every drain and made sure everything was working the way it was supposed to. They were fine.

Apollo was recommended by another plumber who could not perform duties. I looked them up on Angie's list to determine their quality. They were responsive, came out the same day, arrived on time, performed the work efficiently. The plumber they sent volunteered to use the back door so as not to track mud through the house, showing care for the premises. I would definitly use their services again.

We used their services in this week and even in the last week. There was a problem with the line where the washing machine water would drain out. So, they fixed it and it worked for 2 wash loads, but we started having the same problem for the 3rd wash load. So, they came back in this week and they got a better tool to fix the drainage problem. It is working fine now and we didn?t have to pay them anything, as there was a guarantee for 30 days. They did the job quickly and they also let us know as to when they were coming.

They brought in huge equipment and dug a huge hole about 10 feet deep and took out the old cast iron drain and old clay pipe. They replaced it with a new line sewer line. They were very prompt and polite. Everything seems to be working without any problem. Their price was competitive and good. I would use them in future if need be.

They are very responsive. Whenever we have called a plumber it was usually an emergency and with Apollo I can?t remember a time that we had to wait, someone would always come out the next morning or the same afternoon. We never had to call them back for the quality of their work.

It was great--we end up needing this done every year or so (old house w old pipes) and have liked Apollo the best. The cost less than Rotorooter, the employees are nice and they do a good job. The man today even gave me some good tips for avoiding future clogs.

It was on a weekend and they timely, professional and very helpful. Explained a lot of the root (pun) causes of the problem.

This company was recommended to me by my son. They came out promptly after I called them and gave me a quote. They came out and performed the service the same week that I called them. I think that they gave a good estimate and the work was performed properly. They were overall a good company to work with.

They called us back on a Sunday and came out Monday. It was reasonably priced and they did a good job. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

It was a really positive experience. When I make plans to have to the job done, I will call them.

I had called several companies and was quoted prices as high as $205 (this is just to show up and includes the first hour of work). Apollo charged $88 dollars. Their rep showed up on time and really went to work. I have a very old home with the usual associated plumbing problems; however, he really hustled and got the job done in one hour. It was more involved than snaking one drain. I checked Angie's List first and saw the mixed reviews, but for me, it turned out very well.

I have used this company before. I like the guy who comes out. He is very friendly and nice so I called him. He spent a couple of hours fixing the problem and he explained things well.

They ran a video scope into the sewer lines to show us what was plugged and where the problem was. They were very responsive when we called and they were willing to answer any of our questions. They did a great job and they know what they are looking for when they go in with the scope. They are very knowledgeable in this line of work.

Very friendly guy came out and rooted out the drains, pulling up some make-up and razor blades left there by the previous owners. Drains work so much better now. He cleaned up after himself and recommended his organic enzymatic cleaner, going so far as to demonstrate how well it worked by cleaning up our kitchen for us!
