The plumber did a really nice job and was very professional.

Braxton came to my house and was extremely friendly. He fixed my problem easily & charged me the very minimum amount for a service call. He also taught me a few tricks I can use in the future if I experience garbage disposal issues. I would absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs. The only negative thing I have to say is their receptionist was a little rude. She was just extremely short with me and just souded like she didnt want to be there. Braxton's service made up for it, though!

Probably a septic problem but the septic service recommended having Apollo out to check the line before the tank and find the tank's location. Apollo has a pipe camera service with a locating signal and thus the recommendation from the septic service. Apollo arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation. They could have spent the time to run a snake down the main line first but chose to run the camera down first (practically the same price per hour). The camera showed in just a couple minutes the line was clear to the baffle on the tank and then allowed the technician to locate the tank. All said and done in just under an hour yet it could have been longer had he run the snake first. I could easily tell he was a quick and honest worker, knew what he was doing and finished up quickly. He gave me lots of information and recommendations on what to do from here, including a recommendation for a fast pump service, spent his own time to call and offered to help the pump operator to get set up. He didn't need to do that and I don't believe the pump operator was his buddy. Chances are I'll have further work with the septic leach field and I wouldn't hesitate to have this Apollo technician out to continue this work, or any other work for that matter.

My kitchen drain clogged on the 4th of July weekend while I had company from out of town. I called on Sunday morning expecting to spend half the day waiting for someone to arrive. Chris arrived within an hour and had the drain unclogged in no time. Although he was not supposed to do anything other than what he was called out to do, he did reattach my water filter which had started leaking badly. Chris was timely, professional and very tidy. He also gave me tips on keeping the drain unclogged. This is the second time I have used Apollo, and I was please each time.

Troy arrived early, was very pleasant, and got right to work. He efficiently cleared the drain problem, and also advised me on a new garbage disposal. Very pleased with the service.

They installed the wrong type of assembly. It was an obvious mistake, and I wouldn't expect a knowledgable plumber to do this. They did fix the problems, and they also paid for some extra work that had to be done as a result of the problem. We did appreciate the fact that they resolved the issue in a professional manner, after the fact. Because of the problem, I would not refer them to anybody.

We are very cautious when using service providers and did some research. We chose Apollo hoping we had made the right decision., We were pleasantly surprised. The plumber (Rod) was punctual and very efficient. He identified some problems we were unaware of and took care of them. We would highly recommend Rod and Apollo Plumbing. The pricing was extremely fair and we will definitely use them again.

Late report: after American Leak Detection found the leak Apollo cut the PVC from the tree roots and replaced it. Wanted to give credit where credit is due. This was during the big freeze - really appreciated it.

Used the company for a minor job in the past and was very happy. So called them to give an estimate on my remodeling work this time. First I was told that there will be a charge for estimate, but then said since I was a return customer, the fee will be waived. Then the plumber came to my house but not at the scheduled time, but it worked out fine with us. We were told that we will get the estimate in 2 days. but after I called them twice at the 3rd and 4th day, we still have not received any info. I think the company is too big and busy, the service is hit and miss.

I really enjoyed the gentleman that came out to the house. (Can't remember his name, but he had a nice Irish accent and talked about his homeland.) He was very clean, courteous, and explained things in terms that made sense to a non-plumbing homeowner. Thank you for conducting such a yucky job in such a pleasant manner!

Bob Lyon was the person who came out and did the work for me. He was fantastic. He is an older gentleman. He has been doing plumbing from many many years. He knows all about the houses and everything. He is very knowledgeable. He told me a lot of stuff that I did not know. He is really informative. His followup for me was great. The price was reasonable. He fixed everything and helped me with my toilets. He was very fast and efficient. At the same time, he made sure that everything has been done correctly. I always ask for him when I call Apollo Drain & Plumbing. I would use their service in the future too.

Without going into a lot of detail, Rod came out when he said he would, he quickly did what was needed and charged exactly what the estimate was. He was pleasant to work with and left everything very clean. I've used this company twice before with the same positive results and I'd be happy to use them again.

On the whole it went well. The trap was cut out and replaced with a new one. There was indeed a piece of metal stuck right at the bend and it will forever be a mystery how that got there. To get through the hatch to go into the crawlspace, some insulation had to be removed. Once the job was finished and tested that there were no leaks below, he carefully put back the insulation and also cleaned up after himself. The entire job took almost 2 hours, but the end result is great. Bearing in mind that plumbers are not cheap, it was money well spent.

I think it went great, the man was punctual and had the drain opened in short order. I would definitely call them again.

A bathroom sink drain that had been slow for a very long time finally clogged completely. I made a call to Apollo Drain and they had someone out that afternoon, right on time. Rudy cleaned it out and it's now working just fine.

They charge a very reasonable rate, and they are very professional. We would recommend they to any home owner.

Fantastic. Our grease recycling co. referred me initially, but I did a quick check on Angie's List and felt comfortable giving them a call. Our project was a simple but urgent one and they came right away, did the job quickly and thoroughly.

this was to have been a fairly minor repair, but analysis revealed a much bigger problem which required drilling a whole new sewer line under my house and new connection to the main. I was beside myself, not expecting such a major undertaking and expense. the foreman explained patiently what the problem was, answered all my questions, gave me plenty of time to make a decision about the choices available to correct the problem. the crew worked diligently in terrible weather and circumstances to complete the job in a timely manner. Although the job was considerably more costly than I expected, I am confident that I made the right decision and that the company did a good job. The plumbing inspector confirmed this as well.

Friday evening I was notified by a neighbor that water was bubbling up out of our water meter. We shut off the value at the meter and the problem stopped. Too bad, it was on our side of the line. Called Apollo at 10PM to ask for Saturday help. They said they would call with a time around 9AM Sat. When the called they said that they would commit to 12-2PM, but would try to be there earlier. Their plumber called again at 10 AM and said he was on his way. He arrived. Figured out what the problem was and fixed it within a couple of hours. Explained what had caused the break in the line and what we could do to eliminate that particular problem. Also was very helpful explaining about other minor things we could watch for or fix to ensure we didn't have another "Surprise". I had been referred by a neighbor who had Apollo fix a similar problem and had seen the good ratings on Angie's List. I concur and will definitely call them again.

The work was not installed properly and caused damage to the hardwood floors and surrounding toilet base due to leaking. I did not give them the opportunity to fix this because it was handled through a warranty situation. I would not call them again based on their poor work.

We called Apollo about 6:00 PM. Their plumber, Steve, arrived before 7:00. He cleared the drains and made sure they were running well. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. The overtime charge for a Sunday evening was less than we expected. For a stormy Sunday night, it was a great experience. Our thanks to Steve and Apollo! We'll definitely call Apollo again.

I called Apollo late Sunday afternoon on Memorial Day Weekend when my water pressure dropped suddenly. Other plumbers were not open or did not answer the phone. They answered on the first ring and sent my request to an on call plumber. He called with 5 minutes and was on his way. He called ten minutes later to let me know that he was on my corner and that there was a huge water main break that the county was working on. That was the cause of my water pressure failing. He gave me advice on what to do once the water came back on. I offered to pay him for his time but he said not to worry about it. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them. Quick, professional and reasonable. This is the third time I have used them and they are consistently high quality.

I needed to fix a sewer line that was beginning to become disconnected from the house due to settling in the yard. Apollo was quick to respond with an estimate and began the job promptly. The backhoe they used to dig the hole in the front yard tore up the lawn a bit but, on the positive side, they were able to dig-up and re-plant a large Hydrangea that was in the way. The only poor mark I would give them came 1-2 days after the job was completed. I received a call from the guy who did the estimate (not the work) and he proceeded to tell me that during the excavation of the hole, they broke my water supply line going into the house and they needed me to pay for the repair. - They did not call me at the time they damaged the pipe - they just called a plumber, supposedly. (Note - utilities were marked) The employee said they would only charge me for parts (approx. $120), not the plumber's labor to re-connect the broken water pipe. - How nice of them (Sarcasm intended). I guess they used really expensive parts - not the regular old plumbing stuff you see at the hardware store that regular plumbers use. As I was in the middle of closing on the house and moving, I didn't have the time or patience to argue too much. Overall, they did what I expected (except for breaking water pipe and making me pay), and did it promptly.

Excellent service - professional and punctual, communicated very well, and provided exactly what we needed. Best of all, the price quoted was the price we paid, AND it was $1700 less than another quote we'd gotten from another outfit. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We needed a complete sewer line replacement in order to sell our home. It needs to be said, we have a 1915 bungalow that has a sewer line that runs 60+ feet around the house, then takes a 90 degree turn and runs another 15 feet or so - completely counter-intuitive to any logical engineering. Apollo's initial bid was much lower than the other 2 bids we received for the job. I had our realtor call & explain that the job was potentially more extensive than they estimated, so they upped the estimate by a couple hundred dollars, still lower than the others When they showed up to do the work on a Friday morning, they were unprepared for the amount of digging and length of pipe needed. They had to wait until the following week when the proper equipment was available. I was angry, but understand this happens from time to time. To my surprise, the owner of the company called me that night to apologize and guaranteed the work would be done to my satisfaction. They showed up early Monday morning and had all the digging and pipe installed in one day, despite the fact that the actual depth of the pipe was far more than estimated, which required more effort and made the job more complex. I am completely satisfied with Apollo and would recommend them to anyone. Plus, they gave me a jug of homepressed apple cider, which is/was delicious.
