Great! It was a bit of a challenge for him as our sink is in a corner and access under the sink is difficult. But Ryan persevered and got the job done, all with a sense of humor. We've used Apollo on several occasions both at our home and commercial facility. They are great, timely and professional. If you need a plumber......CALL THEM!

We did all of the digging out and refilling of the hole. The copper pipe was cut on both sides of the foundation and replaced with Wirsbo. Foundation wall was packed with toilet ring wax and sealed with concrete on both inside and outside.

Apollo drain was quick to schedule an appointment when I called them about a backed up drain. I let them know that it was not an emergency but they sent someone out within a day. The young man that did our rooter service on 2 drains was professional, friendly and quick. He got the job done and fixed our problem. He was clear about the pricing and I think it was reasonable. I paid $156 to have two drains cleared. I called Apollo because they can handle simple drain clogs but also call in their plumbers and more skilled staff if the problem is bigger. Plus I like the family owned business aspect of this company. Apollo would definitely be my first choice if I ever have a problem again. I recommend them.

Originally, we had our home inspector scope the pipes. However, the pipes from the house we were looking at has a lot of 90 degree turns, and his camera cannot negotiate the bends. He referred us to Apollo, and Apollo quoted $99/hr with the mini-camera. Chris and Calvin were on-time and went right to work. The only surprised was that they said the price would be $150 instead of the quoted $99. They scoped the lines further than our inspector did and made some comments and recommendations. We were satisfied with their work and they were very professional. We will probably need to jet the lines in a year or two because of the bellies they found and would most likely use Apollo again.

Apollo Drain came to install brand new sewer pipe in our driveway, along with a clean-out in the garage. They excavated the driveway, installed the new pipe, passed city inspection and cemented the driveway. Brandon was very professional when he came out initially. Christine went above and beyond helping get us scheduled after hours (and it turns out it was on her birthday!). The team got to work very quickly on our non functioning sewer line so that we were able to move back into our house. I also appreciated in their bid that they built in possible escalators in the cost scheme so there were no surprisesdown the road. My only complaints are that the work took a little bit longer to finish (from start to finish 2 weeks) and that I did not always get my calls returned. Other than that, I would highly recommend this company.

Apollo was very professional and prompt. They were not the most expensive either, and they were quick. I got a good reference from a man who uses them for all his remodel work because they are fast and less expensive and they don't have issues that require you to manage them. They were in and out and no problems with the completed work.

It turned out good. I was very satisfied with them.

Apollo's receptionist Myra answered and informed me that although they were short staffed in the field that day, they would make every effort to have a technician out to our house sometime after 4:30. At 4:30 we received the call that their technician should arrive within minutes. He did and within thirty minutes he had found a tree root incursion into the line approximately 40 feet from the clean-out. The service was efficient, effective and courteous with a successful outcome.

Service arranged promptly. Ron the plumber was on time and a little chatty. As noted, he rebuilt the toilet (tank) guts. But the toilet now uses more water to flush, since he removed the built in plastic receptacle to reduce "flow". Not sure the price was reasonable.

The first plumber that they sent to the house was incredibly unprofessional I almost didn't want him in my house. He walked in and the first thing he said was, "Well I don't know what you expect me to do?" Well you're a plumber, I expect you to fix my clogged toilet, I thought that was obvious. He snaked the drain for awhile and seemed to be having some trouble. I walked outside and as I passed the bathroom I could hear something hitting the side of the house. I bought this to his attention and he said it was probably just the pipes I heard. He never checked under the house or anywhere else for that matter. After about 45 mins he came out and said it seemed to have cleared but that he had a heck of a time getting it to go, that I had tight drains (whatever that means). About a week later we started to notice a smell, like a sewage smell. A few days after that we had some issues with our tub drain, so being that these were the only plumbers I knew I called them back to check it out. The guy they sent the second time was much more personable and professional. He went to check out the pipes and when he opened the crawl space the smell of sewage was overwhelming. Come to find out, the first guy rather than clearing the drain, went the other way in the pipe and popped out the plug to the clean out. Raw sewage was pumping under my house for a week and a half. I had to hire another company to remove the sewage and treat the soil under the house, an extra $3000 expense. I contacted the owner of Apollo and while he seemed willing to work with me on payment terms, he never admitted any wrong doing on their part, even though it was the 2nd guy that basically let us know how bad the 1st guy screwed up. After several more visits and scoping of my line we discovered some cracks and clogs and it was recommended that we replace the line because they would have to excavate to even fix the break. Brandon and the excavation crew did a good job and came in on time and on bid. All this leaves me with mixed feelings about the service I got from Apollo. The first experience was terrible and even though the rest of the time they were far more professional, very hard to get past that first impression and the additional $3K I had to fork out to fix his mistake.

Micah, my Apollo service tech came by on Friday evening and explain in detail what would need to be done and recommended he start first thing the next morning and gave me an estimate I thought was very fair after he described what he thought was the problem and what he would have to do to fix the drain. I requested a Senior Discount, which he readily gave me (even better estimate!). He came back right on time the next morning and performed the job just as he described he would, keeping me posted throughout the process. Micah was very professional and friendly and his cheerful attitude made the 2.5 hour process a minimul interruption in my morning. When Micah left my kitchen I could not tell he had even been there. I am so satisfied with my experience with Apollo, they will be the plumbing company I call the next time I need a plumbing problem fixed and I will also recommend Apollo to my friencs.

Colin was on time and used a snake cable to clear the drain quickly. He explained that a sharp angle in the outside drain pipe may be the problem, as this drain becomes backed up about once every year or two. Drain is running clearly now.

This was a case of "if it COULD go wrong, it DID." However, the crew, led by Apollo's family-owned Bird brothers, were very professional and did what they could to keep the costs down, in spite of Washington County permitting problems, underground springs filling up the trenches, clay-compacted soil that broke their equipment, etc. These were all issues that could not have been foreseen by Apollo until after they began the work. The other three companies who bid were all much higher to begin with and did not include in their estimate the cost of replacing the concrete and asphalt to complete the job. Apollo's estimate was very comprehensive and the lowest of the bunch, and the other contractors would have experienced the same unexpected difficulties as Apollo and their price would have gone up proportionately. Overall, this project took a 6-man crew 5 full days, so I think I got a fair price for the work that was done. The crew worked extremely hard and were some of the nicest young men I have met in a very long time. I will definitely call Apollo Plumbing for any future problems, and have already referred them to my parents, who were also very pleased with Apollo's work.

Apollo gave me a verbal estimate of $6,800 to replace my sewer line. They said I needed a sewer pump and that they would have to tear open my basement floor and several interior walls When I got their written contract it was over $14,000 and did not include electrical or damage repair to walls. I had another company, Lovett Excavating, do the job for $8,268. They did not install a pump, they did not wreck my home. They were very professional and treated my home like it was their own. I would highly recommend Lovett Inc. out of Portland, Or. BEWARE OF APOLLO!

Overall it was a good experience. Thanks Apollo for renewing my faith in being honest and fair. Way to go!

I received a call two hours before our scheduled time frame and was told our technician was having a problem with his equipment and we would need to to wait an additional hour after the said time frame for another technician. We (this includes our realtor) ended up waiting an additional hour after that. Thankfully, the technician was very professional and efficient, and he got right to work. I received the YouTube link and DVD as promised.

We had water and yuck backing up out of a basement drain and the downstairs shower was not draining properly. I called Apollo this morning at 9:00 am and they gave me a time after 1:00pm this afternoon. I was carefully informed of the base fee ($98/hr), overtime started at 6:00pm if things turned ugly. Right on time an AWESOME techician named Rob knocked at the door. He surveyed the problems, told me waht he thought it would be to repair the waterflow to the city sewers. Rob carefully brought the equipment in, wiping rain water and grass blades off his tools. He packed it all to the basement, grinding and thumping noises arose from below. 15-20 minutes later Rob was packing up his tools. He cleaned up after himself, leaving the job cleaner than he found it. I have to say after all the "news" lately about scam artists in the "roto-rooting trade" i was a bit nervous. Apollo was upfront with all charges, potential charges, additional fees if deemed needed. Transparency, honesty, hard work, cleaning up after their work, friendly professional staff, good telephoe support, good scheduling. I am impressed and would highly recommend Apollo Drain to anyone... WITHOUT RESERVATION... THEY'RE AWESOME.

I hired another company to do the scope. He got 4 feet from the roof and hit a clog that he said was hair. He said that Apollo would come and clear the drain and then do the scope for only $99. He misquoted, it isn't $99 total, it's $99 per hour. I had a window of time for them to show up, which they didn't show up. He came after I left and called the other agent and said that there were more people that were supposed to come help him and he would wait for them to get there. An hour later, someone else showed up, so they got started. I found out later, they pulled the toilet which was an extra charge. They didn't clear the drain, which is what they were hired to do. I called and asked for a video of the scope, they said they would email me a link to a YouTube video. The service man left a paper invoice and a DVD in the house, which I wasn't aware it was there. I also need a report saying what needs done, but that has not been provided. I had that conversation with Maya about 10 times. I talked to Kara and she sent me an invoice that said they didn't clear the drain and it was $338. We almost lost the real estate transaction because no one could provide a report and we couldn't prove what needed done. I then asked for a manager and spoke to Christine, she said she would send me the report details and was very apologetic. A few hours later, they said the report wasn't ready. That was a few days ago. Yesterday I called, but Christine was too busy to take the call. I got an email from Christine and she said they were so busy and they would get to it when they can. She said she would type it up and get it to me, but that was yesterday and I still don't have it. They started the scope from the sewer, which you're not supposed to do. I went to the original company and they watched the sewer scope from Apollo and wrote the report for me and provided it to me free of charge. I don't need to deal with this company any further.

.Louis was amazing. I will be nominating him for a pages of happiness award. First of all, he came within an hour of my call to Apollo. He patiently explained to me every step along the way and answered all my questions. When routing the toilet didn't work, he looked all over the house and even got down on his hands and knees to move yard debris and bricks to find a place to access my sewer line. When he was unable to find an outlet, he patiently explained to me the alternatives and consequences of each. The alternative we chose was for him to put a hole in the sewer line near the outside of my house in order to access it. Some of my concerns were sewage spilling out into my backyard or basement so he had a lot of explaining to do! The water pressure in my house is awful as I need to replace all my old, plugged up galvanized steel pipes. While I've scheduled this to be done in a few months, this didn't help Louis. Because of the very low pressure, it took him a very long time to flush the sewer pipe. He told me his router ran into a barrier in the line and asked if I wanted him to use his video camera to try to find the problem. At all points in this process additional expenses were incurred. Louis always explained this before taking the next step. It turns out my sewer line has a break. Louis marked the street where the break is. He made sure the toilet was working. He had arrived at 7pm and didn't leave until 1am in the morning!! Then, the next day, he called the city to clarify what I needed to do to get the sewer line fixed. Wow.

I called on a Sunday, but did not want to pay for weekend rates so they scheduled to come on Monday. The service person arrived during the scheduled window and did the work in a short time.

I was impressed by their professionalism and honesty. They really wanted to help.

I am a retired military and so they cut the labor cost. They are very courteous, polite and there are always on time. Their price was good.

Nathan the plumber came in checked what I needed fixed, brought in his tools & replaced ancient fixtures. He had to go to lower for a spout I didn't have & subtracted the time spent from my billing.
