Description of Work: Our basement was flooded from all the recent rain. Our guy came after hours, 6:00pm and stayed until 9pm to get our drain working. Found out that we have a broken pipe about 100 feet from the house.

Description of Work: I told Apollo that I thought my drain from my downspout might be plugged causing water to come into my basement. When the technician arrived he didn't agree that might cause my problem and suggested I needed a home inspector. He hadn't even brought the correct equipment to check my downspout drains but, instead, had brought equipment for sewer drains which was too big for the downspout drains. I felt like he didn't really want to be bothered late in the day with my problem. He charged me the $75 service fee. I thought about all this for awhile and still felt annoyed so emailed the boss at Apollo. Soon my service technician called me and was full of excuses and facts that I didn't recognize. I finally hung upl and decided not to ever use this company again!

Description of Work: Inspected our shower for lost hot water pressure (was a rust clog that since rinsed out). Re-caulked the bath tub to resolve a leak into our crawl space.

Description of Work: Fixed a water leak from outside front yard to the house. The job done was great but had some trouble with the office staff. When I dealt with the owner, he took care of everything and told me they were in the process of retooling the office staff.

Description of Work: We had rain drain problems, they came out and scoped the lines for a fee. They were prompt in coming out and explained everything to us. But when I asked for a bid to make repairs they dropped the ball. They were extremely slow about quoting to fix the drainage problem which surprised me. It's a decent sized job. After many calls I got an estimate but it nadically just told me the hourly rate for digging.

Description of Work: Rather than dig through my front yard to repair a cracked sewer line to the street, Apollo inserted a new strong pipe inside the old one using a new intricate system. This new method of repair cost about half of what the pipe replacement would have been, and research shows the new method is very successful around the country. Apollo was professional and did exactly what they said they'd do, on time. I would hire them again, no question!
