All About Clean is a detail oriented cleaning service that will let you keep up with the daily grind while we keep up with the deep cleaning. My name is Tamara Wade and I am the owner of All About Clean,LLC. I know all to well what it is like trying to keep up a home, family, and business. All About Clean has been in business since 1998, we have a great rapport with all of our clients. We are dependable, professional and thrive on the gratification of making your life easier. “We offer home detailing with a personal touch, something you won’t find in a larger business. Our consistency and attention to detail makes us more than just a cleaning business.” We would like to get the chance to show you just how irresistible we really are. We hired Tamara and her team to be our ongoing housekeeper. She and Theresa performed an initial deep cleaning of our house taking 10 total hours. The quality of the work was above average. She states her rates on her Facebook page, but does not mention the 10% senior discount only applies to the initial cleaning. She accepts credit cards if you agree to an additional 3% fee. When they returned for the first maintenance cleaning, she abruptly resigned after the first 5 minutes, stating "This is not working for me".

[Member Name Removed] thank you for your review. What you failed to mention is that your wife had a 3 or 4 page list for me. She wanted to keep going over it on my time for 20 mins. This was the second time.You did not want to pay anymore. You both got mad at me for using your paper towels when I ran out . Then proceeded to tell me we could not use your broom on your own home! I do not take being harrased well. I have my own business and choose the clients i want to keep. My clients are like family to me and would never treat me the way you two did. We were not a good match. I am not sure who would want to work with anyone who treated them that way! We went above and beyond trying to reach your ceilings that are about 40 ft tall. Unless you want someone standing over your shoulder and degrading you I would not suggest working for these two! To be fair I have have had clients for 20 years I could not work for them for a minuite longer so we left. I still took out the garbage on our way out and said good luck.

Description of Work: AAC did a fantastic job cleaning up my move-out house to prepare it for market. The cost ended up being significantly above the estimate, but that's because they really went all out to VERY thoroughly de-hair a house that had contained 6 cats for years. I'd happily use them again.

Description of Work: Bi-weekly house cleaning. They charge a premium, but they also provide a better service than most (for example, rather than moving dirty dishes out of the way, they wash and dry them) They also actively requested feedback. Stopped using them because we moved out of state.

They are great. If I have to put them off for a week I can call them and it's not a problem. I just reschedule for the following week. It is wonderful and I'm really happy with them. I've been using them for 2 years.
