+ -1 moreThe work on our roof was well done, timely and reasonable. Our roof has an odd design and they took care to pay attention to areas that could be trouble spots. Because of that, we did not hesitate to call again for our mold problem. We had removed most of the moldy wall and treated moldy areas, but they needed to replace a support, repair dry wall, repair the doorway and install a door. The work was excellent, however, for this project we felt the cost was a bit high. However, we did not get competing bids, so we could be wrong about that.
Description of Work: We have used Luckini Construction twice. Once for our roof (8,000), once for some mold repair inside the house (2,000). Date above is approximate.

+ 3 moreI haven't seen what he did yet. One of my neighbors recommended him and I went online and did not see anything bad about him. He seems pretty knowledgeable, I haven't actually met him yet. We just talked through email and phone. I've been happy with him so far, I don't have any complains working with him over the phone.
Description of Work: I had some work done with Luckini Construction last week to fix my windows, gutters, sidings and roofing.

+ -1 moreQuality is top notch. They went the extra step to ensure our roof was sound and the new addition was solid and attractive. Price was maybe a little on the higher side, but the quality was worth it. They cleaned up the entire work site when finished.
Description of Work: Removed old roofing on garage and replaced with new metal roof. Plus built a new roof structure over door and carried roofing over to it
