I was told over the phone the hourly rates would be $25/hour for Dan and $15 for his helper. I was told the gutter maintance would be $175. Dan was only there half the time because he forgot to bring his trailer (I'm not making this up!) and had to go back to get it. Some of the trees were not trimmed away from the house because he didn't bring the right ladders and equiptment--even though he says he's a certified tree trimmer. The bill I got at the end he claims was a reduced price of about $725! I almost didn't pay him. I will never use or recommend his service again.
