+ 0 moreOn time, did a great job. He forgot one panel and returned the following day to install a new window. He even repaired a broken screen for us. In fact, he is next door today (4/3/2014) replacing windows at the neighbor's house.
Description of Work: The contractor was Jack Deming who works through Rosenberg. He replaced glass panels in several windows with broken seals.
