Service went well, told the sales person that I mainly sleep on my side, and that I am a slightly skinny person that needs softness on my hip, I'm 58. She convinced me that I should go with a plush non pillow top. It did feel good to lay on for 5 minutes. I should of known to lay longer. When it arrived I noticed that it was bent in half long ways, about 3" worth. Delivery person said because of how it was shipped. Not good. The bed ended to be way too hard only after 5 hours. I called for a possible an exchange and she said to come and look at this mattress that she picked out. Okay great! The mattress that she picked out was a pillow top which felt real good laying sideways. We bought it. Mattress arived, slept on it for only 2 hours and started to sweat horribly. I tried another night and same thing. Called the store, I was told no, the owner will not exchange it for my old firm mattress. I recalled to talk to the manager but was connected to the owner. I explained the situation calmly and mentioned that the beautyrest did have a lot of complaints about the same problem that I have and is far overpriced. She said abruptly and this is all she had to say "I can't help you" and hung up on me. I thought it was an accident so I called the store and she did in fact disconnect me. I've never been treated this way! Felt disconnected from their service. Frustrated. I had no choice but to remove the thick foam pad from the mattress. I researched it, It worked. Oddly, after the owner hung up on me Sue called 6 hours later said we found your previous bed (they are a very small furniture store) But now they would not exchange it because I had removed the foam pad. First they say they would not exchange if for my old mattress, then they called back 6 hours later said they will exchange it. My complaint is that the owner was very rude to me in hanging up and had nothing to say. Then Six hours later I get the call for an exchange. Bad customer service
