+ -1 moreWe are planning a home addition and needed a land survey to establish property lines. Prior survey was taken 40 years prior. Service provider had to climb densely overgrown hillside to re-mark corners of property and at my request flagged the length of the southern boundary line. Official survey documents were drawn and submitted to county records with a copy provided to us promptly. Service provider was easy to contact, returned phone calls promptly, had flexibility in scheduling service, and had an easy-going personality with a cooperative nature. As I have not ever had prior need for such a service, I do not have first hand experience in judging cost for service, but my understanding is that the service costs were reasonable.
