Gave me a bid for a new ac unit and furnace. We told him we would think about it. I called a week later because we wanted a change in order to lower the cost and to go ahead with the install but he never returned our calls. We had called the company at least a half a dozen times within a three week span. Very bad customer service!

The evaluation was done by the business owner. He did an excellent job of measuring the areas to be heated and estimating all of the window areas. He was very knowledgeable about his business and answered all of my questions honestly. He did not, for example, hesitate to dispel my notion that a heat pump was an efficient dehumidifier while it was heating. He did not try to sell me the more expensive system, but recommended what he thought was best for my needs. He was reassuring about providing maintenance services as needed. He was informative about rebates for a heat pump installation. He was clear that his bid would not include the cost of wiring to provide an outlet for the heat pump, and he had a local electrician call me to give a separate bid for the required wiring. He was competent and professional, and he will do my installation.

The owner Rick Haltiner was extremely knowledgeable and personally did all measurements and pricing estimates. His workers were always on time--were courteous and did excellent work. The clean up after the installation work was great.
