Pacific Pest was quick to respond to our call about birds that had created a nest in our attic vents. They were very careful not to harm the birds as we waited for them to leave the nest. The area was then cleaned up and screened off to prevent them from coming back. Cost was very reasonable.

My problem will take some weeks, if not a few months, to complete. I can't effectively rate the company yet. My major issue is with ants and with one treatment so far I can see many ants are dead, but others under the house are still entering. I expect to get more help after 3 weeks from the first treatment (the delay is required due to the type of treatment used) and will know more about the effectiveness of this program in long run. I also have a problem with mice in the house, which is yet to be addressed.
