We're glad we chose Skylights NW for our skylight replacement. Eric was quick to respond and helped customize our order to get what we wanted. On install day Eric and Marty swapped in the new skylight faster than I expected and with everything looking and working great!

Skylights installed 3 - 1 over a bathroom, 2 over a bonus room. Eric and team did a nice job communicating timeframes and scheduling when we needed to get it done. We used the skylights that OPEN to improve air flow in the rooms we had them installed.

Skylights NW (Eric and Bobby) were timely and communicative in setting up the appointment and then also on the day of install. I felt comfortable leaving the house while they worked on the project and everything was left very clean once they were done. I will definitely use Skylights NW for my future skylights needs. As an extra bonus - Eric is tuned into federal tax credits that are available for certain products.

Erik answered all of my questions. Erik and Bobby were punctual and cleaned up the work area every day.

I have attic bedroom that only has one window and it was so dark that I didn’t really enjoy being up here. A friend suggested a skylight, and I am over the moon with the results from Skylights NW! The team was extremely professional, and it was clear they’ve done this a million times. The best part is that it was supposed to take 2 days but these skilled mofos were done in half a day! They began working around 9 and my skylight was installed, my room vacuumed and cleaned and put back together by 1:30pm. Eric and his crew were absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, and took great care to keep dust from getting all over my things. Also the price was super reasonable. I’m also getting windows replaced by another company and their quote for a skylight was almost double, and it’s not what they specialize in so who knows how it would have turned out. Skylights NW ONLY does skylights, which is what I was looking for: specialized folks who do this every day. They even took great care to make sure my indoor cats didn’t get out as they came in and out of the house. If you are thinking about getting a skylight, do yourself a favor and call Skylights NW. I’m so thankful for their work! My room looks 100X better with all this light and I now have a breeze where before it was stuffy. Highly recommend!

Start to finish, it went very smoothly. Communication, proposal, scheduling, installation, cleanup - it was all excellent

I had to replace 3 skylights and a roof window installed more than 20 years ago--one leaking intermittently and one no longer opening. Eric gave me bids on various bells and whistles to add or not, e.g., shades, venting; he clarified tax credits for me and provided all paperwork for those. His communication is top-notch, by text, email, and phone, including when weather might delay things. It is good to be flexible as a customer about this, because he will get the job done. He keeps a neat workspace, including taking his shoes off after every trip outside to the truck, a thorough clean-up after and some touch-up painting when it was needed. He and his rooftop man, Bobby, worked well together and with me. I ended up springing for the solar-powered room-darkening shades on all installations (they keep the rooms cool in hot weather and conserve heat in cool weather) and for solar-powered venting on those that vent. Very pleased with those choices.

Job went very smoothly and in a professional manner. Very little disruption in the house and super clean up so the only way we knew work was done because new skylights

Best contractor experience I have ever had. Did the job right and fast. Even adjusted the invoice down when they found out it would take less labor than quoted. Could not recommend them enough for your skylights. I just wish I could talk them onto doing my windows too :)

I had multiple companies come out to give me a quote on replacing my skylights. Only this company understood my needs and concerns. They gave me additional suggestions and I am glad they did. His was the only company who also offered to sand some paneling under my skylights which looked old at no extra charge. He never pressured me and was easy to work with from start to finish. My wife and I were in awe when we saw the results. Everything looked even better then we could imagine. Highly recommend Eric and his friendly team for his awesome workmanship and work ethic.

I’m so glad we went with Skylights Northwest! They were efficient, quick to respond, personable and professional. They installed a triple skylight in our living room and a solar tube in our hall bath. Both were done perfectly! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a skylight or solar tube installed.

Eric's work is amazing. He installed 2 skylights in my bedroom and it took just two days. He made sure to keep the space clear while he was working and when it was done it really didn't require any work on our end to "finish" the project. We are so pleased with the end result. It's transformed our space and NW Skylights did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Eric and team.

Honestly I can't speak highly enough of these guys, they were incredible. So great to work with them. They installed 4 solar paneled skylights and did an amazing job. The quality and attention to detail was the best I’ve seen from working with many different contractors and service providers. So easy to work with and knew exactly what to do and how to do it at a very high quality. They also were incredibly purposeful and careful with protecting our home and not creating any unintended damage or debris. Out of five stars I would give these guys ten easily.

I had been having a difficult time finding a company to replace our leaking skylights. Eric was very responsive and had new skylights ordered and installed within a couple of weeks. He was readily available to answer my myriad of questions and incredibly helpful. I'm so thankful I found this company before the rainy season started up and will definitely use them again when the rest of our aging skylights need replacing.

I left a message with the office for someone to call me and got a call back from Eric within ten minutes. Eric was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. After asking a few questions he was able to help me understand what we would most likely be need to do to address the issue. I was afraid I'd need to replace all the skylights but Eric said I could replace the glass and get plenty of life out of the existing skylight. Eric ordered the replacement glass and scheduled the install when it arrived. Eric and his help showed up promptly and laid down tarps and kept the process very organized. They were able to get the work done in an afternoon and now I have what seems to me are brand new skylights. I would absolutely recommend Skylights NW. They were a bit more expensive than the other quote I had but I'm glad I trusted the work to them.
